1AD and 4AD 300 select 1st cycle need help!

hey i have a bottle of ergopharm 1AD and 4AD 300 select..what would be the best way to stack these to see results? Also what would the best supp for PCT be, i have a couple in mind but what worked best for you?

1 bottle of each wont do jack bro.

as for PCT, stick to nolva.

and i thought i was the only one with 1 ad and 4ad left. i've got two of each and once those are gone i dont know what i will goto next. but at least i can put together some kind of cycle. one bottle of each is useless.
