Hello guys, I am on the third week of my cycle of sd and I am taking 30mg a day. I have went from 123 to 131 in weight. Today was chest day and I went up 20 pounds on my sets. I think that is pretty remarkable. I still don't have any sides. I got my blood pressure checked today and it was 115/70. I am considering going for one more week at 30 mg and then pct for 5 weeks. I will then take about 2 months off to gain some weight and start again. I am really pleased so far. I just wish that it was making me look a little more muscular. Instead I have gained about an inch on my waist, but oh well, gotta sacrifice something.

in any case, regardless of what you are taking right now keep in mind that the long term is to gain weight. To do that requires a lot of eating, sleeping and no more than 3 days at the gym a week. I wish you the best of luck

I really appreciate the advice, but you guys are brutal. Imagine if you were 120 pounds and all you could do is gain fat and no muscle, no matter how hard you try. I see all of these big guys and I want to be one to. So that is why I did it. I was happy with my strength at 114 lbs. I was probably stronger that just about anybody else at that weight, but there is not that many guys that little. I just wanted to get muscular not just stronger. It is easy to get stronger, just not muscular. That is why I took sd.

It takes time theres no real fast natural way to gain muscle. I remember being 16 years old at a Golds Gym and there was nothing but Hulks walking around and all I could bench was the Bar and a 10lb on each side. That sht was so embarrassing. It just takes time bro.

My workout is one bodypart a day and rest on Sat and Sun. I do chest on Monday. Flat 4x6, incline4x10, decline 4x8, butterflies 3x10, pushups 4x failure. This is how my workouts go for each bodypart. I have a week's rest between each time I hit them again.
