Default Superdrol results

Hello guys, I am on the third week of my cycle of sd and I am taking 30mg a day. I have went from 123 to 131 in weight. Today was chest day and I went up 20 pounds on my sets. I think that is pretty remarkable. I still don't have any sides. I got my blood pressure checked today and it was 115/70. I am considering going for one more week at 30 mg and then pct for 5 weeks. I will then take about 2 months off to gain some weight and start again. I am really pleased so far. I just wish that it was making me look a little more muscular. Instead I have gained about an inch on my waist, but oh well, gotta sacrifice something.

I am 5-7 and I really did not ask for your input. But, I do agree that I probably should have put on about 25 pounds before I started, but a friend rushed me into it,so can't go back now.

Okay, I can never look like you if that is really you. But, I would like to. I have lifted for years and never see any real results. This was kind of a last resort.

I love your comment "no sides so far." Go get some blood work done and you will love the results. For example, your liver values should be triple the normal values, enough to freak out any doctor. Your bad cholesterol is very high and good cholesterol is probably in the single digits. Just because you don't see it or feel it, does not mean you ar enot doing damage.

Don't go another week, you already started way too high on the dosage. What is your PCT like? what are you planning on taking?

You will be surprised how much muscle you need to look muscular!
in any case, regardless of what you are taking right now keep in mind that the long term is to gain weight. To do that requires a lot of eating, sleeping and no more than 3 days at the gym a week.

5"7' ; 121 to 131 ?!?! I would eat meat and potatos all day. You must have a metabolism like a freight train. No cardio for you.

I really appreciate the advice, but you guys are brutal. Imagine if you were 120 pounds and all you could do is gain fat and no muscle, no matter how hard you try. I see all of these big guys and I want to be one to. So that is why I did it. I was happy with my strength at 114 lbs. I was probably stronger that just about anybody else at that weight, but there is not that many guys that little. I just wanted to get muscular not just stronger. It is easy to get stronger, just not muscular. That is why I took sd.

It takes time theres no real fast natural way to gain muscle. I remember being 16 years old at a Golds Gym and there was nothing but Hulks walking around and all I could bench was the Bar and a 10lb on each side. That sht was so embarrassing. It just takes time bro.

I understand your reasoning. For that matter I would strongly suggest to keep your reps 8-12 reps. This is aimed towards muscle mass rather than strength and see what happens. If you feel that 3 workouts are too much cut it down to 2 a week. Do not be afraid to cut back.
try that- sometimes less is better!

Bull****. Nothing I have done is anything you can't do. You need to figure out what you are doing wrong before you use steroids as a band aid.

My workout is one bodypart a day and rest on Sat and Sun. I do chest on Monday. Flat 4x6, incline4x10, decline 4x8, butterflies 3x10, pushups 4x failure. This is how my workouts go for each bodypart. I have a week's rest between each time I hit them again.

May I suggest somehting else since this routine does not work for you unless on SD?

I have only been on it since that start of my cycle. I like it, but it may not achieve what I want it to. But, I am getting way stronger.

I'm not a fan of working out 5 days a week no matter how you divide that up! why? Because even though you only working out one body part you are using other bady parts as well. For example you working the arms when you do back, no? I'm afraid that your workout is better suited for weight loss than gain. To get bigger and stronger you have to limit how many times you go to the gym. Find a routine that works out your whole body in 2-3 days a week that's it. The rest is sleep and eating.

We are only being brutal because you are potentially doing permanent/ life threatening damage to your body. You have no business doing Superdrol right now and even if you were ready you are using a huge dose for someone of your weight. Do you even have PCT planned?
