The reason I say go 4 weeks instead of 3 on your PCT is because it's easier to lose muscle than it is to gain it, and you're better safe than sorry. It's also better to use a SERM such as nolva rather than an AI because I've heard of people getting Gyno after coming off of an AI PCT. There's other reasons as well, but it's late and I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Superdrol is a steroid like any other. I dont think it should be run on its own, and nolva or clomid should be used pct.
you can get gyno after a SERM pct as well - called estrogen rebound.

today was the first day i did chest while on sd. My numbers have increased dramatically and i really havent seen any side effects besides slight acne (which isnt out of the norm). I just got off an extreme cut cycle a few weeks ago and slimmed down to 195 from 225 so ive been trying to get bigger slowly while still losing BF.. Anyways even on a slight cut of calories ( i eat about 300 less than what im supposed to) most my exercises have increased by ten lbs, and if not as drastically by weight, by reps. For example. On First set of bench last week i banged out 240 for 7 no spot. today i did 255 for 7 no spot. On incline db's i did 80's for 7 on the last set. today i did 90's for 6. Thats a big jump in weight for only being on soemthing for 5 days. **** seems to live up to the hype for me.

this is the end of my tenth day of the sd cycle and my gains are pretty consistent. Ive added about 20 to major lifts like squat and bench, while 5-10 on shoulders bi;s ect.. ect.. Ive put on about 2 lbs, and lost some fat in the process.. although i am having lower back pains and im going to have to up my taurine and well the acne is on and off (starting to disappear again). Other than that, no side effects.. i upped my liver cleansing dosage as a safety precaution as well..

to keep you guys posted.. today was the last day on superdrol.. i squated 275 x 20.. three weeks ago i was only doing 235 x 20... i credit some of it increase to sd.. but even when i wasnt on SD my weights still increased pretty consistently.. no wall yet.. my acne that i said i had.. i have contributed that to my gym.. its pretty grimey.. i wear wife beaters and where my skin touches the benches is where i have acne..bull ****.. but.. yeah i had lower back cramps on and off.. and felt dehydrated a lot since i was taking a lot for liver detox and rejuv (i drank 1 1/2-2 gallons a day and i know thats more than enough).. i put on 6 lbs while on a calorie cut..

to anwser your question on a supplement that will help you gain strength while off of superdrol, i heard that powerfull worked pretty good. you might want to check that out. i also heard that activate was really good because it blocks shbg or something like that and allows you to use more of your free testosterone that your body produces that way you keep your gains while off cycle. might want to look into it. powerfull is made by usplabs and activate is made by designer supplements.

t dot...im on a calorie cut of 300 less than what i need for the day.. which isnt like im cutting a 1000 calories a day.. a lb of fat is 3500 calories.. so it will take me almost 2 weeks to lost 1 lb.. but as i put on weight i supplemented with more calories. i started with 2200 as my base needs and worked up to 2400. Ive been using the same formula for the past 6 months (to lose weight and put on some size) and it undoubtedly has worked. you can say im bull****ting but it did work. its not like im saying i went from benching 200lbs to 350.. im just saying i put on a few lbs and sd helped the process a little bit
Btw. I used 25 Mg of T-drive at night alongside with a natural hGH production stimulators (like L-Dopa) which also had chrysin in it. I figured i didnt have to worry about estradiol conversion and i would free up test this way. joetelli.. thanks dude im gonna have to look that up.. i just ordered some Universal Shock Therapy and Storm.. i have used storm but shock therapy looks like some real good ****. reviews on it are good to.. so im hoping that will help me minimize losses |
