Hey I need some advice

I have just a quick question. A good buddy of mine is 21, and he's been working in construction for awhile now, he's a pretty big guy, he's got a pretty good build, i dont like the idea of juice but he seems pretty dedicated to injecting very shortly, he's been doing alot of reading up and wont shut up about it but he said that if it will enlarge his heart then he wont do it.

so my question is: will being on juice and working construction enlarge his heart? or is there any uncommon side effect that might occur that could happen due to working in construction while being on a type of steroid (sorry i cant remember the exact type)

your heart is a muscle. steroids can make your muscles grow. so in theory they can enlarge the heart. not very common though...maybe over many years of abuse.

however, there are other side effects that are much more common, like gyno, blood pressure, prostate issues, etc that would be a more immediate concern.

what is gyno? or what its types?
