Hi i am new to this forum, I go to med school out here in the dominican republic, hell yeah the weather is always great. Anyways I have a goal i want to reach. I have been working out for the past few years on and off. And I guess i just let myself go for a while now, and i use to wieght 190, and i did a cycle of winny, and i went up to 210, I got stupid, being a first time user and seeing my freinds and others in the gym use juice. I noticed my strength went up like crazy and i stoped doing cardio as much and also abs, also my eating went up, then all of a sudden i stopped when the cycle ended. but eating was still up,,,and man did i eat. anyways i pretty much let my self go...yeah i got huge, yeah gained muscle, but i got really really fat also...my wieght over the year went up to 240lbs, and I decided i have to do something about this.
so in the past 3 months i have dropped my wieght to 220, and its just holding right over there. I do about avg 45 min cardio 5 times a week and lift weights, i have been doing low weights and high reps.... now how what I do to get my wieght from 220 to my goal 180...i am 5ft 11. i am thinking about using Winstrol ( full 8 weeks 100, 200, 300, 400, 400 300, 200,100) t3 and clen this is my plan of action week1 t3 week2 t3 clen win week3 t3 clen win week4 win week5 win week6 clen win week7 clen win week8 win week9 t3 win week10 t3 clen week11 t3 clen i want to do a min of 20 mins cardio warm up, wieght lift high reps low wieght, and 45 min cardio 5 times a week is it possible for me to go from 220 to 180..and lose 40lbs, at the same time gain muscular mass. If anyone has any advice regarding the cycle, and how i should work and tips and suggestions please help me out it will be greatly appreciated. thanks. |

This should be in the steroids forum.
You can't lose 40 pounds in 8 weeks, you'll be losing a hell of a lot of muscle as well as fat. You also should run test with your winny, test should be the base of every cycle. Don't pyramid your dosing, keep dosing and bood plasma levels of your hormones constant. Lift heavy not light, light weight high reps do not tone muscle.

You need to change up your planning.
And perhaps try t3 only.. or clen only.. combined they can be pretty dangerous... perhaps once you have the feel for each of them on thier own, you could consider a combination of both in a future cycle.. first and foremost, you need a good cutting diet.. with numerous smaller meals throughout your day... 6+ meals. --- I'm not a fan of winstrol only cycles... but alot of people do them that way anyway.. I even have a friend in the gym who is a freaking Neuro surgeon (just passed his last exam..), and he loves winstrol only. Idiot.. lol (he's smart basterd obviously) anyway, winstrol will help keep you from burning up to much muscle while on t3... t3 cycles should be ran for 4-8 weeks... Let's say 6 weeks.... t3 needs to be cycled up and cycled down something like this... You may even want to cycle extend a 7 week at 25mcg.. to ease transition even further. week 1 (3 days 25mcg ed, 4 days 50mcg ed) - winstrol 50mg ed week 2 t3 75mcg ed - winstrol 50mg ed week 3 t3 100mcg ed - winstrol 50mg ed week 4 t3 100mcg ed - winstrol 50mg ed week 5 t3 75mcg ed - winstrol 50mg ed week 6 (4 days 50mcg ed, 3 days 25mcg ed) - winstrol 50mg ed Honestly though, winstrol without test, or any other lubricating steroid is going to be rough on your joints.. but that's your business. I'd perfer to use, some of the new compounds (ergomax etc.) of late, or if your have the money, anavar or tbol. Even dbol, but your cutting and you'd probably rather not deal with the bloat. If your going to use clen... then I'd drop the t3 and run the clen weeks 1&2 and weeks 5&6.. ramping up but not down each time. example.. (day / day / day etc.) 40 mcg / 60 mcg / 80 mcg / 100 mcg / 120 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 140 mcg / 2 weeks off.. 60 mcg / 80 mcg / 100 mcg / 120 mcg / 140 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg / 160 mcg I's suggest that their isn't much need to ever progress much beyond 160mcg... -- Also if I'm not mistaken you never even mention PCT... what do you have planned for post cycle therapy? You'll need a pct for your thyroid aswell.

Okay well here is the update, just got my gear. and i have started on week 1
this is my cycle, week 1, 100 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off week 2, 150 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off week 3, 200 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off, T3 .25,.25,.25,.25,.50,.50,.50 week 4, 250 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off T3 .50,.75,.75,.75,.75,1.0,1.0 week 5, 250 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off T3 1.0, 1.0,.75,.75,.75,.75,.5 week 6, 200 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off T3 .50,.50,.50,.25,.25,.25,.25 week 7, 150 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off week 8, 100 mg win, clen 2 days on 2 days off my official start weight is 227 lbs, i ll post a follow up on how my cycle is going, so far its feels great. |
