Would anyone reccomend using muscletechs new HALO with m1t, I dont know if the ingredients would have good or bad effects on each other..I was never good with the science aspect of mass building!!

I'm not sure if I'll cause a stir saying this, but I threw all of my M-1-T down the drain quite some time ago. While it packed on the mass, it just kills your body. I'd never use it again.
