I have never tried any form of roids but ive seen some people on M1T and they got great results from just one cycle. I dont really wanna spend much money on supplements and i have been working out hardcore for 2 years! (was 220lbs and fat, started lifting went down to 180 fat loss and now im up to 190 muscle), my only problem is i have high body fat percentage (around 18%!) and im also stuck at a plateau. I was thinking of using M1T for one cycle to cut out some of that fat as well as build up more muscle and push past this plateau. I have been reading a lot about different steroids and i am getting a little confused about some stuff, but i do know the risk. If i do just one cycle of M1T for 4 weeks 20mg (prolly 10mg in the morning and 10 30 minutes before the work out) and then i get off of it, will I lose body fat as well as gain muscles (obviously will b taking in a low calorie and high protein diet) and do I have to go on PCT after that if i just do one cycle or will my test levels go back to normal and i should still b able to keep most of my gains if i still work out hard (6 days a week!)?
