When asking for PH and cycle advice, INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING... 1) Age 2) Height, weight, bodyfat % 3) Weightlifting experience 4) Goals 5) Diet 6) Previous PH or steroid history Also, before posting, make certain you READ THE PH FAQ Lastly, 95% of the questions you want to ask have already been asked and answered. Use the SEARCH button. It IS your friend. We are here to help, but you must also be able to help yourself. If anyone feels anything should be added to this, please PM me. Remember, this isn't an FAQ (we already have one). This is just a prerequisite of sorts to inquiring about PH's and cycles.
