Personally I would buy the S1+. Of course, if it's going to be a while before you use it by 1-test and 4-ad powder vacuum sealed. I think it makes it have a longer shelf life(someone correct me here if i'm wrong). You can then buy the transport matrix whenever you decide to use it.

Poobah - I'll be PM'ing you this weekend to give you details on what I think you should spend your money on. Just don't freak out. You have a few months leeway right now (see the ban sticky).

poobah, bad choice on thinking that a PH is the way to go.......you have alot of bodyfat to shed before you would ever want to go with a PH....PH's arent the best way to go if you want to shed bodyfat......just make sure your diet, workouts, and other supplements are in check.....

Thanks for the advice.. I agree with you... The Methyl-Dien now, idea was something that just turned in my head once or twice.. not really serious about that.
I want to get down to atleast 250 pounds before I consider anything. I could go lower, but probably not as low as some of you might think... I have a massive chest and bone structure. I was a tight end on the senior football team when I was a youngin in grade nine. I had a 34 waist and wieghed 220 pounds.. and never have been knocked off my feet in my life. I'm extremely dense. Hell I use to look at guy across the line and think, jesus how am I going to get by that guy... then once the ball was snapped I ran right over them, like nothing.... Twice I have cracked people ribs playing baseball, once playing football. lol First time, I was playing seecond base, and had the ball. The runner coming from first thought the only way to be safe was to try to hit me hard and make drop the ball. Well On impact, I never moved an inch. He on the other hand bounced off me, flew literally 10feet backward and landed flat on his back. He stayed there. Oddly enough the second time, I was running around first and heading for second.. and my buddy ron (not a buddy at the time)... thought it be funny to just step in my path and knock me off my feet slowing me down on the way to second. Bad idea. I totally fractured 2 of his ribs.. and he was in bed for 6 weeks. As for the third guy, he tried to tackle me.. lol bad mistake. Anyway the kewl thing is all these guys were big guys. Actually I made a epic enemy way back then, the biggest meanest guy in the whole city, and famous bar brawler by the time he was 18 played the football team. I was put across the line from him in practice. I picked him up like a sack of Potatoes and Tossed like last weeks garbage I guess the moral of the story, is I'm a big guy for 6feet even.. and If I continue to lift & cardio 6 days a week till I hit 250 pounds... I'm damn curious as to what I'll look like then? Any whoo.. I appreciate the advice. I just need to buy now and hold onto everything till I shed more weight. It's coming off surprisingly quick, but is definately slowing down. Current average is about 4.3 pounds a week... By the time I hit 150 pounds loss I expect that to crepe closer and closer to 2.5 or so. My original goal was planned for 1.7 pounds a week till May 23, 2006.. So far I'm blowing that out of the water. Keep the advice coming. |

yea not sure what you are taking for supplements now, but may I suggest ephedrine and a fat burner in cycles.....like:
wk1 lipo6 ef 2/day wk2 lipo6 ef 2/day wk3 lipo 6 ef 3/day vasopro ephedrine hcl 1/day wk4 san tight 3/day vasopro ephedrine hcl 2/day wk5 lipo6 ef 2/day wk6 lipo6 ef 1/day wk7 nothing wk8 nothing wk9 repeat above I don't know what you think about that, or anyone else but you can always add things like alcar or just l-carnitine among other things..... Yea you sould like you have a big frame, but that means you can be perfect at even about 240lbs.......if I were you right now I would only worry about bodyfat %, lifting weights 3 times per week is PLENTY, but also 4 days of cadio a week is PLENTY for you......always shock your body into fat burning......change it up, every workout change from heavy weights one week to lower weights the next.....different excersises everytime too......good luck homie! |

And, at least I'm somewhat ready to do what I'm doing.. unlike you, who is uneducated, and not very big at all.
Sept 19 2005 - 270 pounds - forgive the face paint, but I looked constipated and angry. ![]() Sept 20 2005 - 270 pounds - I think I look big and hulkish. ![]() Oct 16 2005 - 268ish pounds - I feel all godly and glow like. ![]() Nov 16 2005 - 280ish - Yes i got fatter, but damn it I got calves.

Undalbert84....you are a moron....everyone has had problems in the past (some of mine are very similar to Poob actually). What is important is that you are able to overcome them and grow as a person. Stronger now than before. Tempered by the roughness of life. Wiser and more experienced. I think I like Poobah more knowing the problems he had because I have been there too.

Personally I think you have access to all your needs and requirements for the future and your money could remain in the bank.
The results off PH are great yes. But sooner or later your going to reach a position where you have reached your genetic limit and these PH wont benefit you at all, and if they serve any purpose at this point, it will be to kickstart your 'real' cycle. Buy yourself $1000 of steak. Thats an investment. Surfer
