sorry that was a typo vas... 2 week cycle. do you think the full 4 week pct of nolva is neccessary? im just going on the safe side. in reference to your statement made in the other thread... you said you didnt have a good time with it, what kind of sides were you getting?

sides so far: nothing serious, feeling a little bit tired (could be from the 14 hour night shifts i've been working but anyhow), increased appetite, raging boners (i thought most guys lost libido? i cant keep it down unless i beat it down), and above average pumps.. nothing mind blowing yet.
still weighing in at 212 today right after waking up. push day (heavy chest/ light shoulders/ tris) bench 135 wu 225x12 wu 275x3 wtf? down a rep 245x5 incline 225x4 235x4 245x3 front/ lateral/ reverse raises (30's/25's/20's) 8x 2 sets each reverse bench 205x5 225x3 close grip 205x5 205x4 decent workout, little tired from my effed up sleeping schedule. nice pump that lasted alot longer than normal.

sides:
no changes, a little tired. seen an increase in strength today with an above average pumps that lasted for hours. very deep squats 45 wu 135 wu 225 295x3 345x1 hack squats 270x5x3 leg ext. 255 300x5 ham curl 120 130 bb rows 225 275x3 275x4 straps 3 sets of pull ups curls 135x5/4/3 preacher 110x5x2 calves and forearms.. pretty good workout but rushed cause i had to come in to work.

im glad you doing good with it so far K, as for that sides I felt like my digestive track was meesed up from it and towards the end I was geting the begining of lumps under my nipples....but I was doing 30mg ED and it was in the 4th week
If you only r doing 2 weeks at 10 it's much more controled and IMO, PCT you can do 2 weeks at 20/10mg ED of nolva. Hope this helps

thanks i was wondering if the 4 week pct was neccessary... the 2 week pct you suggested sounds nicer; i heard that liquid tamoxifen tastes like battery acid so the lesser the better.
also vas i dont know how correct this was but i read somewhere that taking milk thistle and other liver support supplements on an empty stomach can cause irritation of your digestive track.. could that have been the culprit? even though i doubt u ever have an empty stomach lol.

this was an off day for me.. got some much needed extra sleep. only 4 more night shifts!
anyway i did some curls in my basement when i woke up cause im im ****ing loving the all day pump. sounds rediculas i know but there you have it. still experiencing only minor sides. mild-moderate lethargy, swings of heavy appetite to no appetite within minutes (wtf?), libido is fine if not better, balls are still hanging, sometimes getting minor headaches and flushed face but that subsides, got a few pimples on my arms. i'll be weighing myself in a few days to check my progress after one week. eating like a ****en horse.. very high protein. trying to keep it lean as possible. finding myself excited for tommorows training already.

starting to feel some sides:
woke up today and my lower abdomen and my liver gave me slight discomfort.. drank a bunch of water with milk thistle and liv 52 and feeling better. my piss is starting to be very yellow in the morning.. i've been drinking a gallon+ a day so obviously its normally clear, a few hours after waking up it went back to clear. for about 15-20 minutes my left nipple started to itch.. i took an over the counter AI and it subsided (probably continue to take an AI throughout the rest of the cycle and pct, i think it helped). other than that its all good, not really feeling tired, no atrophy, libido is good, pumps better than ever. yet to see much in the strength department although i am up about 5 lbs total.. push (heavy chest/ shoulders/ tris) bench press 135wu 185wu 225x13.. felt so easy untill about rep 11 275x3 295x1 incline bb 225x6 245x3 incline db 80'sx10 front db/side lateral/reverse fly raises 30's/25's/20's x8 for 2 sets reverse bench press 205x5 205x4 cg bench 205x4 pulldowns.. pretty good workout.. should start seeing strength gains pretty soon. not to worried about the sides i felt today yet.. definatly stopping at 2 weeks though. this is my last night shift and im off for 7 out of the next 8 days so i'll be really hitting the gym hard.

no sides.. guts dont hurt anymore. i think it was from taking my liver pills on an empty stomach, i started taking them with food and no more problem.
weighed in at 220.5lbs today.. this **** works.. 7 pounds in 9 days wow. push (heavy shoulders/ light chest/ triceps) seated press 135 185 225x5 250x2 seated db 80x6x3 bench 225x10x3 weighted dips 2p+25 3 sets skull crushers super set w/ cg 100 (3 sets) bench dips 2 sets good workout.. starting to see strength gain. way faster recovery but i'd have to say my legs look like they are developing the most.

no negative sides really, felt a little sluggish at hockey from the weight gain.. harder slap shot and more balance but less speed. can't wait to crush some skulls next game.
not alot of time to post so i did my regular back workout and my bbrow went from 275x3 to 275x6..been stuck at 3 forever, gonna up the weight next time. havent been taking any rest days lately will friday and finnish off the cycle sunday. appetite is through the roof. ate pretty good today, breakfast- 3 eggs 3 pieces of toast, big glass of milk snack - 8 inch chicken wrap snack- big protein shake w/ milk lunch- meaty beef stew w/ 2 buns snack- protein bar and some almonds supper- steak and potatoes w/milk bedtime- milk current supplements - animal pak, creatine, milk thistle, liv 52, whey, AI (novedex), going to start trib tomorow till the end of cycle through pct.

no side effects, nothing really in the strength department either. i think alot of the gain is water.

no sides at all through the entire cycle.. as of today i gained around 9 pounds (221lbs), only expecting to keep 5-6 which aint to bad in 2 weeks
had an early hockey practice so i worked out after.. i expected it to be ****ty with all the cardio before lifting but i did well push (heavy shoulders/ chest/ tris) seated db 80's x8 x3 seated bb 225x4 245x3 255x1.. pr bench press 225x15...pr by 3 reps 275x4 300x1 clean pr! 3 sets of dips skull crushers 3 sets x 100lbs x 6 superset w/cg before bed i drank 40mg of nolva/trib/ novedex xt/ milk thistle/ liv 52/ and some whey

still noticing strenth gains and gained another pound from yesterday
still no sides at all. back deadlifts 135 225 315 405 495x2 bb row 225 275x7 295x3 t-bar 4 plates 5 plates x 8 6 plates x 4 shrugs.. 405x5x3 curls 135x7 145x5.. pr big pump 145x4 forearms... realised today i have over $500 in supplements... i am a retard.

incline bench 135 225x7 pr 245x5 pr 255x3 pr bench 275x5 pr 300x1 ..way easier than last time, spotter said i coulda got 2.. pause bench 225x6 front/side/reverse raises.. reverse bench 225x6x2 pr cg bench 225x5x1 alot of pr's.. gotta love it. liquid tamox gave me wicked heart burn though, i hate taking that stuff.
