pct going great did legs and back.. virtually exact same weights and reps as last week. man i cant wait to get off of nolva, gives me heartburn like a son of a gun. lost 2 pounds back to 220.. hopefully it stays put. still up 8lbs, not bad for 14 days.

no weights today just hockey.. big provincial championships comming up. 8 teams left!!

anyways, still not feeling shut down or having any other side effects other than heartburn from the nolva. i think i got lucky as far as negative sides go.

as of right now I think the harshness of m1t is exaggerated greatly when taken at lower dose w/ all neccessary supplements... i honestly cant think of one negative side. spose i am lucky.

havent had much time to post.. downed the nolva to 20mg ed. strength still holding but weighed in at 218 yesterday morning (suspect all the on-ice time is the culprit... big tourny starts tommorow). noticed my recovery between sets is way down now though.


highlights
bench- 305x1 pr, 295 x2.. pr, 245x7

no real changes anywhere else.

thanks.. it was my first cycle. amazed at how many pills ive been taking latley.. like 20+ each day with multis/trib/liver stuff/ nolva etc... cant wait to be done.

still no sides.. luckily my libido took no hit. to anyone reading this.. i'm still not feeling any sides 10 days into pct.. is the remaining four days of nolva really neccessary?

well i finnished up the pct yesterday held my strength and kept about 5 lbs of the 10 i gained. overall im happy with it since i had no real sides and i've been having a tough time gaining since i hit the 210 mark.

pr's hit - bench is up to 305, squat is up to 410, deads got back to 535, bb rowing 275x7, seated pressing 260x1.. weight still holding at 216-217. i'll definatly try it again in a few months or so.

Man, playing hockey was impossible for me while I was taking that poison. My lower back was just HIT from that sh!t. Couldn't skate worth a damn.

i didnt have to much of a problem w/ back pumps.. after deads, squats and rows it got a little uncomfortable but no biggie. i actually liked it for a first cycle i think because i only was on 2 weeks i didnt have any real sides. still holding like 6 pounds up with all the same pr's but god damn it sucks when you lose the phenominal recovery. it was unreal for my 2nd week and the first week of pct; i could go balls out shoulder presses and still hit my max on bench like 2 minutes later.. and now even on chest day if i dont do my heaviest set by my 2nd or 3rd working set i can't hit my previous pr. o well at least im still capable of the same lifts, just not throughout the whole workout.

thats good that you play hockey, can't find a better way to fit in cardio for myself anyway. do you play in a rec league or what?

eating like a horse has gotten me up to 222lbs, lifts still the same as they were on cycle.. holding but not improving. fvcken eh.

A little bit of taurine helps with the back pumps, if you don't mind another pill to take

Or was it DHEA? One was for backpumps, the other lethargy, but I'm not sure of which...Anyway, they both worked well for me on my epistane cycle, as those were the only sides I got.

I'm not juicing but Ive got back pump! Would water and taurine help me too? I know that water does but would taurine help also?
