no weights today just hockey.. big provincial championships comming up. 8 teams left!!
anyways, still not feeling shut down or having any other side effects other than heartburn from the nolva. i think i got lucky as far as negative sides go. as of right now I think the harshness of m1t is exaggerated greatly when taken at lower dose w/ all neccessary supplements... i honestly cant think of one negative side. spose i am lucky.

havent had much time to post.. downed the nolva to 20mg ed. strength still holding but weighed in at 218 yesterday morning (suspect all the on-ice time is the culprit... big tourny starts tommorow). noticed my recovery between sets is way down now though.
highlights bench- 305x1 pr, 295 x2.. pr, 245x7 no real changes anywhere else.

well i finnished up the pct yesterday held my strength and kept about 5 lbs of the 10 i gained. overall im happy with it since i had no real sides and i've been having a tough time gaining since i hit the 210 mark.
pr's hit - bench is up to 305, squat is up to 410, deads got back to 535, bb rowing 275x7, seated pressing 260x1.. weight still holding at 216-217. i'll definatly try it again in a few months or so.

eating like a horse has gotten me up to 222lbs, lifts still the same as they were on cycle.. holding but not improving. fvcken eh.

A little bit of taurine helps with the back pumps, if you don't mind another pill to take
Or was it DHEA? One was for backpumps, the other lethargy, but I'm not sure of which...Anyway, they both worked well for me on my epistane cycle, as those were the only sides I got.
