Hi, im 18, 5”10” and weigh just under 10 stone, I have been lifting weights for just over a year now, and throughout that year I’ve been taking protein shakes, amino acids and creatine.
These supplements have worked a lil but not at an effect that I first thought they would off. And tbh it’s been longer then I have expected to gain muscle. I was lookin on the internet for different supplements that have quick, good, powerful gains and I came across phera plex and it sounded a strong and the results I was looking for I read the reviews and the people that have used it seemed to be happy with it and where surprised by the gains they had gotten. I know phera plex has its side effects but its minimal apparently unlike Superdrol. I was also thinking about taking Superdrol but I just didn’t like the sound of the side effects that might happen and using phera plex has got minimal chance of the side effects happening. I was wondering if I was to buy phera plex what should I take it with as ive heard people taking it with Superdrol but I don’t like the side effects that product has so an anyone suggest what should I take it with? Any suggestions muchly appreciated Could also somebody give me a cycle that would be effective to stick to also please and put down links so I can buy the products I was also wondering how people have found the product phera plex as I don’t want to find out its rubbish lol |

Phera plex works, I've run a cycle with it. You're too young to use it right now. Use of PH's can ruin a young endocrine system.

I totally agree. Way to young man to start any pro hormone or any type of juice. You need to concentrate on getting a good clean diet and just stick to that. Another thing is, is that I have seen guys your age leave the gym and go do a million other things before they even take their post workout shake/meal. Hell I was one of these guys before I got schooled on nutrition and time windows. So just get a good high protein diet and good post workout and you will be good to go. Also remember everything takes time. Dueces!!
