breakfast 2 eggs 2 turkey sausage 2pieces rye toast and protein drink

2 hours later peanut butter on rye 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

2 hours later 2 turkey sandwich's and cole slaw

now 2 4oz sirloin burgers and baked beans

will eat again at 7- piece of steak 6oz

9pm another burger

11pm protein shake

not the cleanest but im trying to get the calories in

Your eating is a lot better. My suggestion would be to tone down the red meats some. That is a ton of red meat in one day.

Looks like your lacking in healthy fats too. Go pickup a big bag of almonds. Its like 200 calories and 20g of healthy fat for one serving which is around 15 almonds. Its a fantastic snack.

felt great at the gym today. eating plenty appetite def increased.
power in the gym is incredible. i can see how people get hurt.
ive been increasing reps not weight. will increase weight starting tom. by 10 pounds on major lifts every week.


side note: someone i have not seen in a while and said he did not recognize me. he said i was alot bigger. i told him it must be the creatine.lol
weight=202.6

im starting to lean out except for my stomach.

weight is 206
strength is through the roof.
i think i should have gotten down my body fat more. any way i love this ****!

did back:
bent rows=255 x 5 x 5 compared to 205 just an example

i feel like santa right now. im still at 206 but gaining muscle.my lifts are all up.
i will continue bulking for 1 more month then change diet and try and get rid of some of this fat.

good job dropping 30#. not easy.i dropped 45 pounds before this cycle. i hope to hold at this weight and still continue to grow muscle.


i am starting to break out with some backne and i hurt my elbow benching 2 weeks ago. besides that this cycle is going great.

danbo- whats your stats now?

How much longer on your cycle? I ask because trying to cut fat during pct is not a good idea unless you dont mind losing all your newly gained muscle.

i have 4 more weeks left.
would you suggest to wait to after pct or could i do something like this?

start to cut now and after last shot of test e take test prop for 3 weeks(still cutting) then start pct?

this would give me an extra week to take the deca also.

1-12 weeks test e
1-12 weeks deca
13-15 test prop
4 days after last shot pct
i will be using clomid and hcg.

or just wait and start cutting after pct?

joe- ive been going heavy for about 6 months. i think i hyper extended it.
it only hurts when i bench.

id finish your cycle like previously planned and wait a few weeks after pct to cut. Wouldnt you rather add more muscle in the next 4 weeks?

danbo- whats your stats now?
At 42 I'm 6' 265 lbs 12-14% BF. 245 is a good weight for me. I lifted from age 18 - 35 then took 6 yrs off to get married and fat. I've dropped 20lbs since being back to moving the steel last December (07'). Clean diet, solid lifting 4 days a week. Planning on an Epistane run here soon, just for fun. You gonna post after pics when your cycle is complete I hope!!?!?

I wouldnt bother. its your first cycle, dont make it any harder to recover by adding extra gear.

weight is holding steady 206
appetite is strong
my lifts have hit a plateau.


danbo-good luck on your cycle-and your not that old


after this cycle and pct i will start cutting. goal weight will be 175.

i think this will put me around 10-12%bf.

i def. gained alot of muscle off of this cycle and it is boosting my metabolism.
my fat spots are my stomach ,inside thighs, and a little under my arm pitts.


i feel good overall and think it was worth it.
