Your eating is a lot better. My suggestion would be to tone down the red meats some. That is a ton of red meat in one day.
Looks like your lacking in healthy fats too. Go pickup a big bag of almonds. Its like 200 calories and 20g of healthy fat for one serving which is around 15 almonds. Its a fantastic snack. |

felt great at the gym today. eating plenty appetite def increased.
power in the gym is incredible. i can see how people get hurt. ive been increasing reps not weight. will increase weight starting tom. by 10 pounds on major lifts every week. side note: someone i have not seen in a while and said he did not recognize me. he said i was alot bigger. i told him it must be the creatine.lol weight=202.6 im starting to lean out except for my stomach.

i feel like santa right now. im still at 206 but gaining muscle.my lifts are all up. i will continue bulking for 1 more month then change diet and try and get rid of some of this fat. good job dropping 30#. not easy.i dropped 45 pounds before this cycle. i hope to hold at this weight and still continue to grow muscle. i am starting to break out with some backne and i hurt my elbow benching 2 weeks ago. besides that this cycle is going great. danbo- whats your stats now?

i have 4 more weeks left.
would you suggest to wait to after pct or could i do something like this? start to cut now and after last shot of test e take test prop for 3 weeks(still cutting) then start pct? this would give me an extra week to take the deca also. 1-12 weeks test e 1-12 weeks deca 13-15 test prop 4 days after last shot pct i will be using clomid and hcg. or just wait and start cutting after pct?

weight is holding steady 206
appetite is strong my lifts have hit a plateau. danbo-good luck on your cycle-and your not that old after this cycle and pct i will start cutting. goal weight will be 175. i think this will put me around 10-12%bf. i def. gained alot of muscle off of this cycle and it is boosting my metabolism. my fat spots are my stomach ,inside thighs, and a little under my arm pitts. i feel good overall and think it was worth it.
