I live by the standard 40/40/20 rule.
40% Protein 40% Carb 20% Fat Can't go wrong with that. When cutting, I do the following - 45% Protein 20% Carb 35% Fat (tons of this being from fish oil and sesamin)

ill have to get some. im currently cutting. im down from 207 to 186.
im trying to get to 175. at this weight i think ill be around 14% bf. i have lost some size but def. alot more solid. when i hit 12% bf, i plan on doing another cycle. probably test prop 100 mgs every other day for 8 weeks. i might throw some dbol in there.
