i def agree with you about the carbs. i should of upped them to at least 50% if not 60% of diet. i was nervous in doing so because i had excessive body fat. i know now to keep up the carbs.

what do you think of only taking in 25-30%protein.ive read that your body can only utilize so much protein. the excessive amounts taken in can turn into fat.

this goes against alot of theories on these boards.

ive read this in the american council on excercise training manual.

they say this:
protein 12-20% of caloric intake
carbs 55-60%
lipids 25-30%
water 2-3 quarts

vitamins and minerals listed in rda

I live by the standard 40/40/20 rule.

40% Protein
40% Carb
20% Fat

Can't go wrong with that.

When cutting, I do the following -

45% Protein
20% Carb
35% Fat (tons of this being from fish oil and sesamin)

ill have to get some. im currently cutting. im down from 207 to 186.
im trying to get to 175. at this weight i think ill be around 14% bf. i have lost some size but def. alot more solid.

when i hit 12% bf, i plan on doing another cycle.
probably test prop 100 mgs every other day for 8 weeks. i might throw some dbol in there.
