wakeup 9am
2 cups coffee 1 protein drink (50 grams protein and 350 calories) weigh in was 197 up 3 pounds in 2 days going to eat breakfast and go to the gym got a tattoo yesterday took 4 hours. arm is sore as hell. may have to do just cardio today. no sides of yet but want to **** everything in site lol. on a side note and this is funny as hell but my dog(female) will not leave me alone. i wonder if she can sense the extra test?lmfao

start of week 3
yeah i better clean it up a bit(diet) had some bloating today used aifm 3 pumps ill see if it works im going back to chicken,steak, and turkey eggs,salads and a cereal in the morning water intake is about 1-1 1/2 gallons a day also have a scoop of peanut butter(190 calories) mixing protein drink with skim milk 3x a day(350 cals) starting to really notice veins popping out after a workout i do not eat tuna fish,pasta or white bread

i agree.
will up water intake. took another shot last night 250mgs this is really only week 2 i did a test shot of 250mgs to see how my body would react going to start training heavier this week 6-8reps instead of 10 or more bloat is gone 3 pumps from aifm thanks gill and surfer happy easter!!!!

how is the AIFM affecting joints and you libido? i've heard too much of it can affect the little dude from getting up when necessary.
i'm in the middle of my 1st cycle and haven't started AIFM yet, simply because of the libido thing myself...............

3 pumps and bloat was gone in about 6 hours.only used a total of twice but did not experience any pain in the joints. diet today: 9am 2 cups of coffee 3 eggs 3 turkey sausage 2 pieces ryre toasts 10am 4 0z cranberry juice protein drink w/skim milk double choc. by on 11:15 protein drink 11:30 black powder creatine gym back: 5 sets deadlifts 5 reps ending @ 275(neck started to hurt) seated rows 4 sets of 5 reverse bench rows 4 sets of 5 bent rows 4 sets of 5 135,185, 205,225 pull ups alternating grips 3 sets to failure bis: 3 sets reg curls 12,10,10 2 sets reg curls focusing on negative 2 sets of hammer curls to failure 3 sets of cable curls to failure home from gym protein drink sipping water right now my sex drive is crazy. i get a semi from looking at the cleaning lady lol weigh in tom.

yeah f*cker, I know - I waited long enough. 400mg testE / week right now. might add in some EQ next. I've got Tren Hex and EQ on hand, but i'll probably wait a bit with the tren........ good luck man - how have the strength increases been?

I noticed the libido issues with AIFM within a couple days of going ED at 1 pump. Was not cool. Have backed off to about 1 pump a week, if that. I don't have any bloat to speak of, nips were itchy a couple weeks ago for a couple of days but the AIFM took care of that.
EDIT: jlo, I didn't have any joint issues with it either, but I haven't been running it as much as directed. If you kill all the estrogen, you will have joint issues, and issues with your crank. |

jlo/ strength increased by about 15-20lbs on my lifts but i think it is all mental right now. how far r u into cycle?
workout today was lagging.i think i am going to only workout 1 bodypart per day/week shoulders: military presses: warm up 2 sets then 135-6reps,185-5 reps,210-5reps,225-4reps rows 135-3 sets 0f 10 side laterals 3 sets of 12 front laterals 3 sets of 10 1 set of arnold presses to failure had nothing left in the tank wakeup at1pm 3 whole eggs 3 turkey sausage 2 pieces rye toast 1 bowl honey bunches of oats w/almonds 4 oz of cranberry juice gym protein drink anxiety was real bad last night and today took .5mgs of xanax 10 minutes ago starting to kick in gonna take a nap before work. how do you know when the test really kicks in? weight was 195 down 2 pounds?

You will know it when it kicks in, trust me. I thought it was happening around wk2-3, but then about 5 or 6 I woke the hell up. It's all mental up to now.
Weight will flucuate like that the whole time, at least mine has. Depends on how much water I've had, how well I've eaten, all kinds of stuff. Usually +/- 3-5 pounds on any given day. |
