But then again, some ppl think shorter is better however, because you doing it more often not only you don't get the size but your body gets confused in what's going on and possibly react worse than would have with a longer cycle.

Sorry for the delay joemomma... The last 2 weeks+ have been crazy busy and I haven't been in the gym except hard.. low on the protein and no supplements... My weight has went down and my strength went down a little in the gym due to no pre-work out additives...
I probably am going to have to end this pulse log for now... I have accepted a position in MD and will be spending the next few weeks getting everything straight to move out there from HI... household good, vehicles, apartment, rentals, etc... as I have to be out of here and over there ready to start by the 17th. I am going up a moving plan and currently trying to figure everything out...
