Looking good Roe. I drank way too much on my Havoc cycle, but it didn't kill me. May have hindered my gains some though. Looks like your strength is picking up nicely, wait till the end of next week. BOOM!

I tell yah Joe... I did lower body today... legs/stomach/back according to schedule... I did have some slight backpumps on the deads.... but on the Back Press (Cybex Eagle Back Extension machine) they were unbearable... Plan for today was 120 x10, 170x6, 230x6, 230x6. The 120 & 170 were fine... but the 230, I could only do 4 on both sets... not because my back was tired... but the backpumps hurt so bad I couldn't do the last 2... and I just did 220 for 6 last tues..

I gotta up my taurine on back days I think... maybe move the taurine to just 2-3g before wo.. It really hurt bad today...

Dude, they get pretty nasty, that's for sure. I would get them just standing around not doing anything....they got pretty inconvenient at times. It almost feels like your back is just gonna explode. Like you said, not tired or anything, just a skin-bursting pump that won't quit.

Today is Sunday, August 5th and end of week 2 of Epidrol cycle... Started it July 22nd.

Weight on wake-up: 155.0lbs (start: 152.4lbs - currently: +2.6 lbs / +1.7%)
BF: 9.8% (start: 10% - currently: -0.3 lbs / -.2%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot w/ average of 3.

Diet: about 2800-3200 cals ED... 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed. Alcohol: 2 drafts sat night.

Dosage: 3 (30mg) ED of Genera Supplements Epidrol (taken at 7am, 1hr b4 WO or 2pm, 9pm) + other support supplements (see current list).

Sides experienced this week: very noticable increase of face acne & forehead oilier than normal. Been using my wife's Proactiv to help dry it out. Slight head pressure sometimes. Some noticeable tightness in lower back after taking Epidrol dosage. Random backpumps/stiffness when doasge of Taurine has wore off. No others.

General feelings / mental state: Feel fine / normal. Little lethargic for about 30 mins in the morning due to the Melatonin. Sleep like a log though. BP: 121/84 sat morning, which is normal for me.

Workout days this past week: Cardio – Weds, Fri, Sat morning, walk/ jog for 30 mins, Lifting – Last Sun lower day, Tues upper day & Thurs lower day according to Workout (see list above).

Current Injuries: still have slight tendonistis of r. elbow and r. achilles tendon. Elbow is at about 95% strength and heel is at about 90%. Super Cissus seems to be working. I still feel it every now and then though unexpectedly.

Current Stats (1RM):
bench 175 (start: 163lbs) – Change of 7%
squat 187 (start: 163lbs) – Change of 15%
dead 271 (start: 223lbs) – Change of 22%
Sum BSD 633 (start: 549) – Ave Change of 15%

Changes for next week: none.

Notes: So far, out of 20 exercises in the lifting workout, the average weight added since start is 15%.

Monday Aug 20th will be my 30th and last day on the Epidrol cycle. As of today I am about 2/3rds through the cycle and have about 9 days left. So far the sides have been very minimal, libido is decent and atrophy is very minimal as well. I have also heard from numerous sources that the Nolva PCT will take your libido and flush it to zero due to the estrogen block...

Due to all of these factors, I am going to cut my Nolva PCT to 2 weeks. This will allow time to block the estrogen rebound for a bit while my test production kicks back in & gets back to normal. Also, to get off of the pct sooner allows my levels to naturally level out faster.

This will leave me with half of the Nolva left over which will be saved incase some delayed Gyno comes up while leveling out after that initial 2 weeks after the cycle. If Gyno symptons do apprear, I will kick in with 2ml daily of nolva until it goes down and then taper off.

The nolva PCT will now look like this:
day 1-4: 2ml (40mg)Tamoxifen Citrate
day 5-7: 1.5ml (30mg) Tamoxifen Citrate
day 8-10: 1ml (20mg) Tamoxifen Citrate
day 11-14: 5ml (10mg) Tamoxifen Citrate

Good... that taurine does the trick... 2g before workout is ok for me...3 and they are non-existant... but if I quit taking it all together, they come back or if it is close to the usual supplement pill time...

Weight on wake-up: 157.0lbs (start: 152.4lbs - currently: +4.6 lbs / +3.0%)

BF: 9.7% (start: 10% - currently: -0.51 lbs / -.3%) by bf caliper to the same suprailliac spot w/ average of 3.

Diet: about 2800-3200 cals ED... 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed. Alcohol: 2 drafts sat night.

Dosage: 3 (30mg) ED of Genera Supplements Epidrol (taken at 7am, 1hr b4 WO or 2pm, 9pm) + other support supplements (see current list).

Sides experienced this week: higher amount than natural of face acne & forehead oilier than normal. Some noticeable occasional tightness in lower back. No others.

General feelings / mental state: Feel fine / normal. Sore/tight lower back from lifting, not from backpumps. Slight headache Sun morning.

Workout days this past week: Cardio – Weds, Sat morning, walk/ jog for 30 mins, Lifting – Last Sun upper day, Tues lower day & Thurs upeer day according to Workout (see list above).

Current Injuries: still have slight tendonistis of r. elbow and r. achilles tendon. Elbow is at about 95% strength and heel is at about 90%. Super Cissus seems to be working. I still feel it every now and then though unexpectedly in my elbow and my heel as a burning sensation sometimes when still.

My motivation is bad and haven't been trying hard to push up heavy weight, so I have changed it up to make it more interesting and to put less stress on getting so many done... I will be doing one group per workout day during pct, at least, to see how I like it. Monday is my last Epidrol & I start the 2 week PCT on tues.

10/8/6 method.

"The 10/8/6 system is one of the best methods for beginner and intermediate levels of bodybuilding, and it's a good routine to fall back on if your not getting the results you want. It provides an easy and accurate way to track your progress and you can see the results from workout to workout.

This is usually done by training the whole body in one workout, but may also be used on a split routine and can be modified by adding more sets, higher or lower reps etc. IE: "12-10-8-6" or "10-8-6".

The idea is to pick a basic exercise for each body part and choose a weight which enables you to get (roughly) 10 reps on the first set, 8 on the second and 6 on the third. The next workout you try to increase the number of reps on the second and third set until you can achieve three sets of 10. When you reach this point you increase the weight and start over with 10/10/6.

It really helps to write down the weights and reps for each workout so you can look back and see what you have to beat. You can also clearly see your progress every workout."

I had good results with Havoc (epistane). Gained a solid 7-10 pounds on, and was able to keep most of it through PCT. As mentioned elsewhere though, it destroyed my lipid profile- CHL is through the roof confirmed by yesterday's bloodwork one month after PCT. I also took proper support supps....

Roehrigs01 Genera Supplements Epidrol Log Final Review…

Well, the end has come for my Epidrol cycle… used 1 bottle that was given to me to log by Genera and ran for 30 days exactly. Subject: 34, white male, ectomorph/hard gainer. Starting weight was 152.4, end weight 155.6 on the 30th day. Starting bf by bf scale was 10.0%, end was 10.0%, which computes to a change of +3.2lbs of LBM & +/-0lbs of bf.

Diet was average with a few brews over the 30 days…Took in about 2500-3000 cals a day.. 40p/40c/20f w/ some sporadic protein shakes thrown in when I think it is needed. I didn’t eat clean all of the time, but wasn’t eating crap all of the time either…

I started with 3 pills daily (30mg) per Genera’s request. The sides kicked in after a few days. Dosage was easy as I took 1 of each at 7am, 2pm, 9pm. At first, the backpumps at the gym were killing me…ended up throwing in some taurine (2-3g) pre-wo which helped nicely… The rest of the cycle was a breeze…

Sides experienced due to the Epidrol:
  • Painful back pumps when working out & some tightness in back usually 30mins after dosage.
  • Libido was fine throughout with a slow decrease of testicular size and amount of ‘load’ produced. No total shutdown experienced.
  • Face was oilier then usual with some increase in the amount of whitehead acne on forehead & shoulders.
Good: strength increased nicely (which is what I really wanted), added a few pounds of lbm as a hard gainer and side effects were minor.

Current Stats (1RM):
bench 187 (start: 163lbs) - Change of 15%
squat 211 (start: 163lbs) - Change of 29%
dead 283 (start: 223lbs) - Change of 27%
Sum BSD 681 (start: 549) - Ave Change of 24%


Bad: none really… back pumps were annoying but bearable w/ taurine. Really got tired of taking all those support supplements though…

Side notes: I did have some slight tendonitis of r. elbow and r. achilles tendon. Rest and the Cissus seemed to help it immensely. I don’t feel this cycle and the tendonitis are related though.

Would I do it again: Yes… as a pulse though to skip the support supplements & pct. As a full cycle, I might up it to 40mg daily to see how that effects me.

What I would change: 4k+ calories ED clean diet w/ protein shakes… I know I would never last on this, but is the way I think it would be maximized. 4 days per week in gym… liftin’ heavy…

Current status: I have completed my first week of the PCT… no problems…absolutely no sign of gyno…libido is fine…testes are about 75% the usual size and slowly coming back to full size… might drop the nolva early this week and see if I get any signs of delayed gyno..I expect not though on the delayed gyno coming..

What’s next for me: Well, right now… I am at the end of week 1 of pct… have 1 more week to go. After that, I will be doing a 2 week supplement ‘detox’ and will going down to minimum supplements for the last 2 weeks. Thinking just the multi-v, fish oil, nettle root, niacin and super cissus. I will still be working out as usual, as well. Sept 14th I have a lipid profile. I like my new routine and will be sticking with that for the next few months as I am planning to start a HAVOC/TRENADROL pulse on the 16th of September 07. Even though it is a pulse, I am interested in seeing if I can notice a difference between the Havoc and the Epidrol from this last cycle.
