So, all in all, how did you like the cycle? Are you considering doing another one down the road? How much weight did you gain in total? Please keep us updated through PCT!

i think the cycle was a huge success. i gained a total of 12 lbs. my lifts are way up. i will definetly be doing another. maybe early next year or early spring 2008.

How is PCT going? What was your PCT plan? Did your nipple issue go away? Have you kept most of your gains?

EDIT: also, what did you take for support supps?

PCT is over as of today. it was

wk 13: 40mg nolva and 100mg clomid a day
wk 14: 30mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day
wk 15: 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid a day


although i ended up starting on week 10 due to the car accident. the nipple issue was a false alarm i guess. its fine. i have dropped about 5 lbs since i started pct. i attribute that to not being able to go to the gym. i am keeping protein and bcaa's high. the only supps i took during the cycle was a multi, whey and bcaa's. my doctor said dont go to the gym for about a month. its been 3 weeks and i feel fine so i went the past 2 days and did a light workout each day. no bad effects so i think im ready to hit it again.

the thing i got out of this first cycle is what i did wrong and now i wont make those same mistakes. i didnt do nearly enough cardio. i also didnt eat clean. i ate alot but it wasnt clean. next time i am going to do cardio 3X week and eat much cleaner.
