can you give us an example of the kinds of strength gains you have been experiencing?

also, has your recovery been faster......if so, have you been training more frequently?

well i dont know what my maxes are, i never max out. i can give you my workout weights. for example

at start of cycle:
squats were about 275 X 6 - 3 sets
bench 195 X 6 - 3 sets

now:
squats 335 X 6 - 3 sets (sometimes 4)
bench 250 X 6 - 3 sets

55 lbs on my bench and 60 lbs on squat in roughly 6 weeks.
everything has went up though (although not as much as those 2) dead lift, curls, military press etc... my workouts have been much more intense though. i am much more determined and focused (besides today)

i think i have definetly been recovering quicker. i used to be sore from squats for 3 days now im sore for really only 1 day. i havent been training more frequently. i have been just sticking to my routine. Im doing Max-OT (more or less, i tweak it a bit).

one thing i have been slacking on is cardio. i have been barely doing any at all (besides my 5 min jog to warm up). after pct i plan on getting back into my cardio routine. i havent put on too much fat. definetly some but not much.

all in all im happy. i dont know how those strength gains measure up to others who did a cycle but for me that is good and im happy with it overall. just did another injection today and have 7 left.

You might try 1 cap of Zinc, 1 cap of Magnesium, and 2 caps Valerian Root. It really helps, is non-addictive, and doesn't make you feel like sh*t in the morning like being groggy. There are other benefits as well like enhancing REM sleep.

Of course, you could just rub one out before you retire, that always seems to do the trick.

did another injection today. 4 to go. my weight is still holding steady at 190. dont know how i have been eating like a madman. my lifts havent improved very much over the last 2 weeks either. still way up from when i started though. the definition in my abs is almost completely gone now. i guess the lack of cardio is taking its toll. i think i am going to start on some again. maybe 2 sessions a week until the cycle is over. got 8 weeks left though (2 weeks of injections, 3 weeks before pct, and 3 weeks of pct) . i think i really need to start watching what i am eating now. i havent been worry about what i eat the past 8 weeks. just eating alot. i dont want to put on too much more around the abs.

still all and all im happy with the progress. i have put on some solid lean muscle. i get alot of comments now about how good i look. i have always had good muscle definition now its even better because my muscles are bigger than ever and i havent lost any definition at all (except for abs).

still no sides at all. NONE. no acne, no depression, nothing besides some sleep loss which has subsided.

Glad that your cycle is going well,
the lack of sleep is prob due to the test, I remember having the same issue when I started taking test, but now it doesn't bother me any longer.
What you can do is to take some afrin, that will clear your nasal passages which for some reason (at least in my case) used to get clogged up messing up my sleep during the night.

Then, poor sleep affects your progress as well, and from my experience pushing too hard in the gym will over tax your nervous system as well. I suggest taking a few days off, sleep and eat well then go back in the gym.

One more thing, contrary to popular belief, lately I have been doing cardio religiously during cycles. It really does not impede progress but will keep your heart and physical conditioning as well as lowers or meantains your bf. I think it is a good idea to start doing cardio 3x a week.
Good luck man,

Good luck man,
thanks for the advice bro. i took 4 days off from the gym. got back today and changed up my routine. did legs. i didnt go quite as heavy for all sets

for example i was doing this for squats
335 X 6 X 3 sets

today i did
295 X 10
315 X 8
335 X 6

it was the best workout i had in about 3 weeks. i think the rest and the routine change really helped.

did some cardio early this morning also. just a 20 min jog. to get back into it.

i cant believe the injections are almost over. only 3 left. Aug 12th last injection. PCT starts sept 2.

Glad that everything is working good for you man, glad I could help

ok all injections done but i may have my first sign of a side (not sure). my chest has been itchy and alittle sore the last few days. this morning right under my nipple was what looks like a razor blade slice. is this something to hit the panic button over and start pct right away or can i see what happens with it?

not really. the nipple is very hard but i dont feel any lumps or anything if that is what you mean. just hard and sore mostly with that bizzare 'cut' (for lack of a better term).

itching and that slight redness around the nipple is a sign you need to start the nolva or you will have a small lump soon.

Agreed, time for nolva to err on the safe side than being sorry later on. Start at 60mg ED then after few days back down to 40mg ED for a 10 days or so till symptoms go away

well i had to start pct anyway. the day after my last post i was in a pretty serious car accident. although both cars were completely destroyed i (amazingly) only had whiplash and a sprained thumbed (was wearing seatbelt and the air bag deployed). but because of those 2 things the doctor said no gym for about a month. I figured since no gym it would be a good idea to start pct. all the symptoms have gone away.
