UPDATE: weight is 199.5 this morning after breakfast. A little high for my standard, I've been around 197-198. Probably due to the poor diet over the weekend and several beers. Gonna need to watch the beer on this. Also, a little light-headed now. Probably not related, could be allergies or something.

Day 2:
Weight: 198 Observations: I get a little bit of tingling in my skull about an hour after I take my morning dose. Doesn't last long though. The veins in my forearm were really popping this morning (I'm not a very veiny person either - too fat). Could have just been because it was a little warm in the car this morning on the ride in to work. Also - hunger is way up. Can't seem to get enough to eat. Last night I did back and bis. It was hotter than the gates out in the garage, but I had a good workout. Did 245x6 for my last set of deads, which is a new best for me. Not the result of the Havoc though, my grip is just starting to catch up with the rest of me. I won't be able to lift tonight, as I'll be putting in some extra time today at work and it'll be real late before I get in. I'm also thinking of going ahead and hitting 20mg/ED after tomorrow. Most research I've done seems to favor a little higher dose for the Havoc, usually 20/30/30/30. I'll gauge results after tomorrow. |

Day 3
Weight : 198.5 I'm going to try and get some legs in tonight, not sure if I can manage it though. Worked till 9:30 last night plus an hour drive home, and back in at 7 this AM. I was on my feet most of the day, so legs may hurt a little. I'll do my best to blow 'em up tonight, and tomorrow I'm going up to 20mg/ED for the rest of this week. No sides to speak of yet, but I had a mild headache yesterday. Probably unrelated. |

Legs:
It was (once again) hotter than Hades out in the garage this afternoon. Had a real nice leg workout though, until the back pump starting killing me. First I've noticed this, not sure if it's related or not. I also decided to go on up to 20mg/ED. Popped my second dose after workout/shower. SQUATS: 135x10 185X8 225x5 SLDL: 95x10 115x10 135x10 - Back pump started in here.... Leg extensions: (I ghetto lift, and I know they aren't real good) 115x10 140x10 Standing calf raise: (I use a BB on my back) 135x15x2 I usually try for some lunges, but the heat was killing me. |

Day 5
Weight: 200 on the button this morning. Status: running 20mg/ED now, for the rest of this week. No major sides so far, although I've noticed a little bit of acne on my back, right between the shoulders. Not bad though, just a few bumps. I'm also having a real hard time getting to sleep at night, may look into some ZMA. Tonight I'll hit chest/shoulders/tris, yesterday was an off day and I needed it. Work has been rough this week. |

BB Flat Bench: 135x10 160x8 185x5 205x1 215x1 225x0....bleh! Nearly had it. Ended up having to dump it in the floor (ghetto lifting, remember?) 215 was smooth, so I thought I could do it. Maybe next week.... Standing BB Shoulder Press 75x10 85x10 85x8 Side raises 10x8 Tweaked shoulder a little on standing presses, decided to stop with these Triceps Push downs 70x8 Skull crushers EZ+40 x 10 EZ+50 x 8 Form was starting to get sloppy, so I stopped here for the night. It looks like my chest is holding me back on my bench, I need to focus on it more. The bottom portion of the lifts is where I'm having trouble - once my shoulders and tris start helping, the weight is easier. Time to focus on the pecs more. Ideas? |

Pull day
Back and Bis Deads: 135x10 185x8 245x6 (new PR) Bent over BB rows: 95x10 115x10 Lat pulldowns: 110x10 130x8 EZ Curls: EZ+40 x10 EZ+50 x8 EZ+60 x7 EZ+60 x6 Felt good lifting this afternoon. Strength seems to be hanging in there well, as does endurance even though I dropped the Kre-Alk last week. I won't weigh again until Monday. I'll hit legs tomorrow and then I should rest on Monday. |

Leg day
Squats 135x10 185x8 225x6 Felt like I had more, but I don't want to push it too soon. I'm a little sore from yesterday's back WO SLDL 95x10 115x10 135x10 Leg Extension 115x10 140x10 Standing BB Calf Raise 185x15 185x15 Tomorrow I'll weigh in again, since I've been using the scales at work. Sides: A few bumps on my back, between the shoulders. Libido is through the roof, as is appetite. Also, my "tolerance" of annoyances seems to be growing thinner. I could easily see this becoming a problem if I don't keep it in check. |

Noticed a bit of a headache again this morning. Not enough to warrant taking something, but this is the second or third time I've gotten once since on the Havoc. I'm starting to feel the effects of the Havoc though - today is a scheduled off day, but I want to get to the gym and hit it hard. Hopefully I can talk myself out of getting in a workout tonight - I need the rest. |

Had the headache all day yesterday, but I didn't take anything for it. It wasn't severe enough for that, just more of an annoyance. Tonight will be push day. I'm going back to my old routine as well, this higher weight/lower volume program is not doing that much for me. I'll keep the weights about the same, but I'm going to up the volume some and add a couple exercises. Today is the ninth day, so it's time to kick things up a notch with the training. Sides: couple of headaches here and there, some bumps on my back, sleep is becoming very tough. I'm going to give it a couple more days, to see if I get used to it or not. If not, I'll be getting some ZMA. Appetite is still up, as is libido. |

I forgot, 4 or 6 I think Standing BB Shoulder Press: 85x10 95x8 Lateral Raises: 10x10x2 Front Raises: 10x10x2 Triceps Pushdown: 50x10 70x10 80x8 Skull Crushers: EZ+40 x10 EZ+50 x10 Bench Dips: BWx15x2 Pump was incredible tonight in chest, shoulders, and triceps. Haven't felt this much pump in a while. Triceps felt really strong, as did chest out of the gate. The endurance just isn't there with my chest though - notice on flat bench, I did 8 reps at 175 and only 4 at 185? That's only 10 more pounds, but half the reps. Something isn't right. Could be form? Sides: Headache again today. I hope this passes, as it is getting pretty annoying. |

Weight unchanged from yesterday. I went to bed hungry last night, as I was up a little bit later than usual and was way hungry at bedtime. I didn't want to eat that late though. I was almost sick this morning when I got up. I don't think I'm eating enough, otherwise I wouldn't be hungry. Minor soreness today in chest, shoulders, and tris. I really blew 'em up yesterday adding more volume into the workout. It feels real good though, not really sore, just tight. Chest seems to be responding well, seems "fuller". Tonight I'll hit back and bis - gonna up the volume some here as well. Sides: Unchanged - still have the headaches (not really painful, just a dull ache). Sleep is becoming a real chore, I gotta get some ZMA this weekend. Libido still up. |

Holy crap - strength way up today. I think the Havoc is finally kicking in. Wifey told me I was looking thick in my shoulders and arms. Then asked what I was on.... Friday AM Weight: 203 Did just a light leg workout last night, was running all over town taking the kids here and there, plus the wifey was sick. Only did three sets of squats and two sets of calf raises. Today is an off day for me, tomorrow will be another push day. I might take two days off though, depends on my level of soreness tomorrow. As it is right now, I feel like I could hit everything again! |
