Today starts the first week of 30mg/ED
Pull Dead Lift: 135x10 185x10 225x8 245x6 Bent over BB Rows: 95x10 115x10 135x10 Lat Pulldowns: 110x8 120x8 130x6 EZ curls: EZ+40x10 EZ+50x10 EZ+60x6 I gotta say that I thought I would be seeing more dramatic strength increases on the Havoc. Maybe I'm not giving it enough time, most report that the best gains come in the third week. However, as mentioned above, I am seeing some nice gains in size. Appetite is still great, minimal sides. |

Actually my Libido was dropping on EST Propadrol too... I noticed it about the 5th day... and on the 10th day it was about nill.... that, plus my balls ached...
![]() I really didn't like that feeling so I stopped it and went on 6-oxo... I'm back to normal now.. I have kinda decided to stop messing with PHs.. and stick with test boosters...

Nah, dont add more volume(well maybe just a little if you feel it).........lift heavier weights! rep range of 3 to 5. Maybe take an extra day off [ONCE]. Even on gear, rest is important.

Traps - I tried the higher weight/lower rep range (I think I got it from one of your posts) for a few weeks before I started the Havoc. I didn't feel like I was getting good results from it, maybe I just didn't give it long enough. I've been trying to add a couple of sets or a new exercise the past couple of workouts though. I think extra rest may be the key for me - I'm essentially hitting everything twice a week on my three on/one off routine. I took an extra day off over the weekend and it really helped, I may try that again this week, as today was my last day before rest.

I got smart and worked out this morning before it got to 92* with 95% RH. Also need to mention that I fell down the stairs yesterday morning and tweaked my knee a little, but nothing major, didn't bother me until I was doing the front squats. Anyway, legs:

I took it pretty easy last week, as I was on vacation. Weight didn't go up as much as I figured, I was pretty lax in my water intake and lifting schedule. Back to it today! Sides: libido down somewhat, possibly some testicular atrophy, a little tenderness there as well. |

Weight seems to be fairly stable - no more pound/day increases, I'm hoping to hit another few pounds by cycle end. BF has stayed the same though, if I could shed some before the end that would kick *ss. This should be the last week at 30mg/ED, but I'm going to have several dosages left since I started low, I'm going to extend it to use up the rest, as a few days' worth of leftovers isn't going to do me any good. Results so far: INSANE pumps - post workout I look great, then deflate after a couple of hours. Definite firming up in the muscles. I've gained a good bit of strength in all lifts-Tuesday I finished up bi's with EZ+70x6. Appetite is incredible, I'm literally hungry all the time. I'm up a solid 6-7 pounds overall, maybe more. The back pumps can be pretty severe though. Bacne is gone now, as are the headaches; these lasted the first week only. Minor atrophy of the boys, plus a little tenderness there. I'm not going to log each workout anymore, as I've missed several entries since I was off last week and haven't logged anything this week. I'll keep the rest of the updates going though through the remainder of the cycle and PCT (weight, sides, strength reports, etc). |

Started PCT today. 40mg/ED may be the sweet spot for Havoc though. After only a couple or three days at 40, I noticed a huge difference. Aggression was way up, as was intensity towards the weight. Yesterday was pull, and I felt like a different person out there. Whoa! I'll try to get some pics up in the gallery in the next day or two to compare with my older pictures from earlier this spring.
Thoughts: This was my first PH cycle, and I gotta say, I loved it. It was a pain keeping up with dosing and all that, but the benefits were well worth it. I'm right at 205, after starting somewhere around 195/198. That's a solid 7-10 pounds, and I have no doubt that it's clean. I can only imagine what real gear would be like...Strength gains were nice - I went up in all my lifts, but more importantly, my reps were way up. I can't max (ghetto lifting), but I would say I picked up 10-15 pounds on bench. Sides: started with mild "annoying" headaces for about the first week, they went away though. Had some mild bacne, lasted about a week. Sleeping was tough the whole time, ZMA will be part of next cycle. Definitely some testicular atrophy/tenderness after the first two weeks, but libido stayed strong. Aggression was up towards the end. INSANE back pumps, almost painful, even when not doing back work. I'd get them just fooling around in the yard or the garage. I'll keep this updated through PCT. |

I wanted to err on the side of caution, as this was my first trip down the PH road. If (read when) I do another one I think I'd go straight 30 out of the gate, then maybe 40 for the last week or two. I can tell it took a toll on my body though, I guess that's the toxicity in it. Probably didn't help that I drank more than I should on it, but hey, that's life.
Roe I'd say that 30 will be spot-on for you - I really started feeling it at 30, and the few days at 40 were spectacular. You should feel something around the second week though, maybe sooner at that dose. When you looking to start? |
