so here it goes im starting a sdrol cycle tomorrow on this basis! http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/fo...1-what-do.html dont know if anyones done one on here before but here it goes....
sdrol....... week 1 .... 20mg week 2 .....20mg week 3 .....20mg week 4 .....20mg pct....... clomid 4 weeks 100mg ed-wk1-2 50mg ed wk 3 followed by natural test boosters trib,zma etc... supporting supps are all the standard must haves..... RYR-coQ10 hawthorn berry 3 caps a day saw palmetto milk thistle and of course plenty of water!! diet will be 350g protein a day! 3500kcals starting tomorrow just wanted to get the details out the way for you!!!

going to train in an hour! im the first to critisize when people say they can feel the effects straight away but for some reason i feel good today..
its in my mind most probably but i geuss i have to write down the way im feeling while on the cycle. im not really expecting to feel anythinguntil 7-10days.........

ive also supplemented with taurine for the back pumps and im stocking up on bananas to help! (potassium)
why does taurine help with back pumps? i know it does i just never fount out why!

military press smith machine
(in kg) behind 10 x 55 10 x 55 8 x 95 infront 10 x 55 10 x 85 8 x 105 DB shoulder press 8 x 27 8 x 40 8 x 40 lat raise... 10 x 10 10 x 15 10 x 20 up right row 10 x 20 8 x 30 8 x 30 shrugs 10 x 80 10 x 80 8 x 100 had an ok workout. i dont try an hit my personal best every time i go to train. i prefer to work the muscles properly in the correct motion rather than twist myself up pushing as much as i can. just thought id say that incase any of you spotted my lifts wernt as good as i said at the top of the thread gonna get a good nights sleep tonight. at least 9hrs. looking forward to tomorrow!!

took my first one at 7.45am. im taking milk thistle along with other necessary supps on a daily basis now. doin arms and legs today!!!

took my second at 5.30pm.
worked out at 6.30pm. did some heavy ass squats for about 30 mins. followed by a few isolation excersizes. then i did some db curls and barbell curls followed by some tricep work. ok workout nothing noticed yet

chest.....
felt quite energised today..... 3 sets on incline 3 flat 2 decline 3 sets on db bench press 3 sets of flys and i added 2 sets of cross overs at the end! triceps... closegrip bench press 4 sets went heavy for low reps... i think it was 90 for 6 reps a time! feeling good today. the vains in my bicep a definatley begining to show more! i got this with my lasy sdrol cycle! weight...201lbs still hoping for some gains t0 kick in in the next 7-8days.

deadlifts 8x3 3x1 heavy wide grip chin ups 10x3 wide grip pull downs 8x2 closegrip pull downs 8x3 bent over row 10x3 bent over row dumbell 8x2 each arm upright row 8x2 did my abs also... crunches 20x3 leg raises 10x3 felt pretty strong. im gonna get through this week and then next week try and go heavy on a few things just to see if the strength has kicked in!

woke up this morning took my milkthistle,hawthorn,dhb and my first 10mg...
weighed myself after urinating.... ...203lbs +2lbs might be nothing but hey any gain is a good gain on a bulk! just as long as its not fat! shoulders tonight!!!!!!!!
