Today is Sunday April 29th and 10th day of the stack.. Started it on April 20th, 6am HST.
Goal: cutting - cut bf% while maintaining or gaining LBM. Workout days: Sun, Tues, Thurs. Rotating upper body/stomach & legs/back. Weight on wake-up: 150.0lbs BF: 17.6% by bf scale Diet: about 2000 cals... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars, alcohol: had about 4 beers earlier this week. Dosage: 4 daily of the Hyperdrol x2 & Mass FX pills. Approx 6am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm. Other Supplements: 2 AST Multi 32 @ 6am & 9pm, nitrean protein shakes and maybe 1 Ergopharm Amp for a pre-workout energy booster. Stack sides: great sleep, slight increase of DOMS, extra joint pain in elbows & knees, some slight new acne on back/forehead, good pumps while working out heavy. Changes for next week: start up a little morning cardio... thinking of running on mon, weds & friday morning for 30mins before work. Drink more water & cut beers to 1-2. Notes: dry throat on tues & weds, head cold thurs & friday, recovery on sat, almost gone today. Stack opinion: too soon to tell. --- Next weekly update should be Sunday, May 6th.

I hate my BF scale... after I wake-up, it says I am 18.3%... right now, it says I am 16.1%... oh sure I went up 2 points overnight... I must be sleep eating.. lol.. sometimes it reads 11%.. wtf? ? ? Usually I just average sat night & sun morning reading for my weekly log input to get an overall trend...
I have some BF calipers too.. which say I am about 16%.. but that is from being measured at the supraillac (fat pinch 1 "above the right hip bone).. I have low bf, except what fat I do have all sits at my naval and sides... That needs to go... Does this look like 17% bf to you??? I want to sledgehammer my bf scale for giving me stress and wasting my time... Goal: 10% bf before I do a bulk... Current pics from April 29th, 2007: ![]() ![]()

I'd say you are around 12% give or take a couple %. Awesome log... I'd like this to be move to the logs forum... Would you like it to go to the anabolic diaries or the training diaries?

Did my annual health screening today thru my medical... for their bodyfat check, they have a big scale..kinda like I have at home, but more expensive...
result: 17%... whatever...

How many spots did they check? I don't think you can get an accurate measure by just checking one spot, I think you need to do at least three and then average all measurements. For instance, if you just check me at the waist, I'm gonna hit 20%. Take some measures from other spots, and that's gonna go way down, just because I have plenty of extra there in the middle.

Workout days: Sun (upper body/stomach), Tues (legs/back/cardio), Thurs (upper body/stomach), Sat (cardio) Weight on wake-up: 150.0lbs BF: 16.9% by bf scale Diet: about 2000 cals... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: had 2 beers Sat night. Dosage: 4 daily of the Hyperdrol x2 & Mass FX pills. Approx 6am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm. Other Supplements: 1 AST Multi32 & 500mg Vit C @ 6am & 9pm, nitrean protein shakes (2-3 daily) and maybe 1 Ergopharm Amp for a pre-workout energy booster. Stack sides this week: great sleep, slight joint pain, slight acne on forehead, good pumps while working out heavy. Changes for next week: get some cardio in like this week, Drink more water. Notes: Seems alcohol does have effect on my gaining strength. When I haven't drank for a few days, even 1, my strength gain seems to go up better than if I did. Stack opinion: So far, so good. --- Next weekly update should be Sunday, May 13th.

As for progress on it so far: Gained 1.85 of LBM and lost 1.35 of fat in 17 days on a low cal/high protein diet.
Positive: easy to take (4 daily), strong muscle pumps in the gym, strength going up, muscles are harder and I feel my bf is going down while my weight is staying constant (so a recomp), no PCT or support supps needed. Negative: get agitated quicker & easier, acne takes longer to heal, slight doms, soreness in joints when I first started, the hyperdrol X2 makes burps herby, Pricey (about $100 for 30 days) So far, I would do it again.. I think it is a good booster, but would do the 8 week cycle.. Am waiting for the new AX 3-ad and their new PCT that comes out in June. If regular users get good results, I might give that a try....

Realistically yah can't without true scientific weightings and all that crap... But every Sunday morning before I eat, I get about 4 lbs/bf readings from the POS bf scale I have, average them, throw into an excel spreadsheet and my log on my bodyspace on bb.com to try to gauge it that way...
for example: Say weight is 151 and bf is reading at 20%... 20% of 151 is 30.2lbs of bf... which leaves 120.8 of organs, bones, blood, food matter & muscle. 2 month later, say weight is 152 and bf is 18%... 27.36lbs of bf and 124.6 of the rest... That shows a change of +3.8 of lbm (since the rest of the organs, bones, blood food matter really isn't going to change that much weight wise) and -2.84 of bf... I understand the bf scale & bf calipers really isn't so accurate week to week, but over the long run it would be better to compare results.. Visually, I can tell my bf is going going down in my stomach area and my strength is going up.
