Today is Sunday May 13th and 24th day of the stack.. Started it on April 20th, 6am HST.
Goal: cut bf% while maintaining or gaining LBM. Workout days: Sun (legs/back), Tues (upper body/cardio), Thurs (legs/back/cardio), Sat (upper body) Weight on wake-up: 150.0lbs BF: 16.3% by bf scale. Diet: about 1500-2000 cals daily... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: 4 beers this week Dosage: 4 daily of the Hyperdrol x2 & Mass FX pills. Approx 6am, 11am, 4pm, 9pm. Other Supplements: 1 AST Multi32 & 500mg Vit C @ 6am & 9pm, nitrean protein shakes (2-3 daily) and maybe 1 Ergopharm Amp for a pre-workout energy booster. Stack sides this week: great sleep, good pumps while working out heavy, DOMS, morning lethargy, joint pain in elbows/knees, slight acne on forehead/cheeks/back, tingling in left trap & lower back sometimes. Changes for next week: none. Notes: This is the last week of the stack. Sat is my last full day. Interested to see how I feel post stack when evrthing is out of my system. Stack opinion: will wait for final review next sunday. --- Final weekly update will be Sunday, May 20th. Last day of the stack is May 19th.

Made a discovery this morning on the issue of bf... my scale constantly reads in the 16-17% area for me now and even my doctors scale read 17% 2 weeks ago for me... Also the way I have been reading the pinchers I have put me around 16.5% for the suprailliac....
But... come to find out I have been reading my pinchers wrong.. I have been reading it where the lower arm crosses the scale... this is wrong as you are suppose to read it at the mark on the slider..which that that puts me at about 10.5% bf... Good news is I am about 10-11%, not the 16% I though...and looking at my pictures, lines up about right... Bad news is that bf scale I have been using is crap and doesn't give me a proper reading... the weight has been correct... but the bf has been skewed.. which really ticks me off due to all of my bf entries in the bodyspace log are wrong and must be deleted and I can't get a proper lbm/bf change since I started in the gym. For the sake of completing this log, I will still use the scale. However for any more logs with different products, I will only use the calipers

Workout days: Sun (upperbody/stomach), mon (ran 3 miles)Tues (legs), Weds (ran 2 miles), Thurs (upper body), fri (ran 2 miles), sat (walked 6 miles in some charity walk thing). Weight on wake-up: 150.5lbs BF: 9.4% by bf caliper to suprailliac. Diet: about 1500-2000 cals daily... high protein, med carbs, low fats, low sugars. Alcohol: 4 beers this week Dosage: 3 daily each of the Hyperdrol x2 & Mass FX pills. Approx 6am, 2pm, 9pm. Other Supplements: 1 AST Multi32 & 500mg Vit C @ 6am & 9pm, nitrean protein shakes (2-3 daily) and maybe 1 Ergopharm Amp for a pre-workout energy booster. Stack sides this week: great sleep, good pumps (especially in arms during isolation) while working out heavy, DOMS, slight lethargy till I get some caffeine, in-frequent joint pain in elbows/knees, slight acne on chest. Changes for next week: none. Notes: end of stack. I will be taking my last pills monday. Stack opinion: see final review (which will be added to this thread soon)

Anabolic Xtreme Hyperdrol X2 / Mass FX 30 days Final Review…
Well, the end has come for my X2/FX stack… used 1 bottle of each that I picked up online and ran for about 32 days. Starting weight was 149.5, end weight 150.5. Starting bf by bf scale was 17.8%, end was 16.1%, which computes to a change of +3.38lbs of LBM & -2.38lbs of bf. Diet was pretty clean, except I like my beer every now and then… hard not to, since I homebrew also…Took in about 1500-2000 cals a day..high protein (100-150g of shakes +whatever my food had in it), med carbs, low fats, low sugars. No junk food…no fast food… a few beers… non-smoker. Here is a list of some sides that I experienced at different times throughout the stack. Sides experienced: -Lethargy -DOMS -Slight Acne on back, chest, upper arms, forehead. -Slight joint pain in knees and elbows -Stronger libido at first and then slight libido shutdown due to overdosing. -Seem extra thirsty -Great sleep -Good pumps when doing isolation exercises. I started out with 4 pills of each daily. The sides from the X2/FX kicked in after a few days, so I know the stuff was doing something. Dosage was easy as I took 1 of each at 7am, 12, 5 (before workout), 9pm. Was doing fine at the gym and dealing with the sides shown above. Come about the end of the 3rd week, I was experiencing some serious lethargy and lessening of my libido. Even caffeine wasn’t helping… So thought about lowering dosage to 3 a day… talked with Biceps (AX rep on bb dot com) and customer service at AX about lowering and they agreed it was a recommended dosage of 1 pills each per 50lbs and good idea since I only weight 150lbs. So I lowered it to 3 pills a day at 7am, 2pm & 9pm. The next day the lethargy was gone, and my libido shot back up by the 2nd, as did the sides. Seems 3 pills a day was a good dosage for me… Also, I up’d my carbs a bit due to the cardio I was doing in the morning. Good: Helped me with a nice body recomp by loosing body fat and gaining lean body mass. Body fat decreased, upper back/shoulders became broader, chest & arm muscles more full/hard, strength increased, upper body appears more sculpted and side effects were minor. Bad: The only thing I found negative was Price… Looks to be about standard for supplements in this area though... Ended up being about $100 for the 2 bottles total. Would I do it again: Yes… Either the X2 or X2/FX stack at 3 pills a day each for 40 days. What I would change: I would only take 3 pills daily of each from Day 1… this would give me 40 days worth, which would actually be more cost effective and would work better for me cycle-wise due to my weight… also, I would only use the bf calipers as I feel the bf scale isn’t as accurate for judging “ectomorphs” like myself. What’s next for me: Well, this Wednesday I leave for the mainland for a little over a week of vacation. I will be using that as a detox and not be taking any bb supplements that timeframe. June 1st, I start a 30 days cycle of EST Propadrol solo with a 6oxo/DS Activate PCT. Look for that log… After that, who knows…but I will be watching for reviews of the new AX 3-AD & Advanced PCT to see if I want to give that a go.

Just came back from about 7 days on the mainland and ended the stack 11 days ago... during that time on the mainland, I just took my daily allotment of the usual multi-v and my various assortment of supplements for cholesterol control... no test boosters or protein shakes, etc.
As an update, the sides went away within 2-3 days after the last day and the acne cleared up in about a week. Experienced no after effects and everything is back to normal. Will be starting an EST Propadrol solo 30-day cycle tomorrow... Roehrigs01 EST Propadrol log
