Default Massive Bacne!!!

Okay,
Into PCT for 2 week, I have MASSIVE BACNE... I never has any acne on my back, now I have some all over and more on the top, on my shoulder and traps and lats.

Strenght and motivation starting to lower, not drastically but still.

i suffer from bacne also but not too bad. I do have a lot of scars so do not scratch them!

Don't scratch or pop them! It's tempting but you'll be thankful you don't have scars.

Yep. Here's where the men are seperated from the boys. I'd suggest dropping volume, keep the weight heavy. When's your next cycle?

September-October, well after the summer... Will use the summer to prime for the next cycle which will use short ester for short cycle (8 weeks)

Okay after a week of problem with motivation, bacne and strenght loss it seems like I can finally start adding some weight again.

Yesterday I've been able to add weight on every exercise, Hack Squat, Alt. DB Curl, Hammer Curl, SLDL, GHR (I did 2 alone did time... Fvck it kills my knee tho OUCH!), Hack Squat Calf Raise DC Style, added some serious poundage there...

Only exercise that is stubborn to not going up is Bench Press, in fact it's going down...

Big flop!

I just finished being sick (5 whole days in bed not eating enough and not working out) I feel depressed. I lost 7 pounds in those day I am down at 200 (10 pounds from dieting, 7 pounds from sickness)

My strenght was starting to go back up but I think it's all messed up now... Grr! I'm so upset about this...

Okay - Update

After my sickness I trained hard this week and added carbs to my meal to get back this lost muscle.

I am back at 205 and look fuller then before. Strenght is down compared to the end of the cycle but not that far - a couple of week and I'll be at it.

I lost tons of fat from the Ketogenic diet, I am not near 10% but I did lost a good 10 pound in 2-3 weeks of pure fat.

Finished PCT - Final weight 215# (Leaner then when I finished at 217).

Strenght has gone down on bench but has gone up on both deadlift and Squat.

Feels great, finally libido is back up normal and my bacne is getting better.

So I think this cycle was a GREAT success overall.
