Big flop!
I just finished being sick (5 whole days in bed not eating enough and not working out) I feel depressed. I lost 7 pounds in those day I am down at 200 (10 pounds from dieting, 7 pounds from sickness) My strenght was starting to go back up but I think it's all messed up now... Grr! I'm so upset about this... |

Okay - Update
After my sickness I trained hard this week and added carbs to my meal to get back this lost muscle. I am back at 205 and look fuller then before. Strenght is down compared to the end of the cycle but not that far - a couple of week and I'll be at it. I lost tons of fat from the Ketogenic diet, I am not near 10% but I did lost a good 10 pound in 2-3 weeks of pure fat. |
