I got a flu now... Grr, I hate being sick, but everybody around me is sick so I guess it was just matter of time before I have it too...

Skipped the gym 2d, I am sick and tired and didn't have a good night of sleep... No good condition for an intense workout...

Depends on how your pct goes but your also taking DBOL and most of the strength gains come from the extra water in the muscle. When the cycles over and you drop the water some of your strength goes with it. Heres whats happened to me after 2 cycles i will use flat BB bench as an example.

1 rep Max

at beginning of first cycle - 235
at end of first cycle - 290
after pct - 275
beginning of second cycle- 285
end of second cycle - 335
after pct- 300
now- 310

its kinda like you take 4 steps forward and 1 back. Youre still making forward progress but that drop after the cycle sucks. My bench dropped 35 damn pounds after this last cycle. Its only recently ive been able to add back 10lbs or so naturally.

Kinda looks like this if you were to chart it. This has been my experience anyhow. Those downswings suck cause they mess with your head.

I dropped the Dbol 3 weeks ago. (I lost some water weight after the drop)

I started my cycle at

Everything is Rest-Paused set as I never Max
Flat BP
Beginning 225 x 14
After 6-7 week - 275 x 8

Incline DB Press
Start : 80 x 11
Now : 115 x 15 (Never done that much, 110 was my all time best for 6 Rep on Max-OT)

Deadlift
Start : 315 x 10
Now : 460 x 6

Start weight : 185
Now : 215

It makes for a little update at the same time haha.

Little update.

weight seem to have stabilized at 210-215. I am leaning now (I can see my abs are more apparant...) Strenght if still going up but at a natural pace (no more fancy 5-10 pound more every workout )

I'm in week 9 now, no injury, no pain, no problem (seems that my sexual appetite is down tho)

The balls are a bit smaller then when I started (Next time I'll add HCG...)

I didn't feel any aggression during cycle, I was maybe a bit less <happy> then normally during the whole time (less humor and patience...)

I've tried new injection site too lately. I've done both Quads, both Delts and will be trying Lats next week and then calves

Quads : almost painless
Delts : hurts more then quads (My left delts is still swollen from sunday shot.)
Glutes : painless

Anyway. that's it for now.

glad things are going well bro..........how much strength did you gain on squats? So you feel like you are leaning out as in losing bf? Are you eating at maintenance or are you taking an AI or what?

I am eating over maintenance. But I am doing lot of sports lately : football, baseball, rollerblade, basketball (The summer is coming...), running with the dog...

On my squats I had fear to put weight on it before the cycle now I just learned how to get rid of my fear (low ass box squat helps me keep my back straight and go lower and it just feel more right and removed my fear of going heavy... ) + I had an injury (inflamation) in my hip flexor in the middle of the cycle so I skipped 2-3 week of squat

I've added about 70 pound as of yet. Went from 225 (parallel) to 295 pound ATG squat (thight touching calves) but with a little box holding my ass at the end.
