I deliberately dropped the weight on the last set of shoulder press as last week I banged out 5 reps with the 30kgs but didn’t 'feel' it as much as I did with the 28. Maybe I should just persist with the 30's until the reps are higher, that would be the logical step. I added sets of Rear Delt Row on the Machine as I don’t really do rear delts and probably should. I can definitely pull more than I did tonight but at least this gives me a starting point to work from, I never really repped out either so there’s plenty of room for tuning. Will have to go a little heavier on the pushdowns as its repping to high now. Although it’s all the weight on the specific pulley there are additional add on weights I can use. Will do nicely. I dropped the superset between the Ez Bar Close Grip Bench Press and the Ez Bar Skull Crushers in favour of putting the Ez Bar Close Grip Bench Press first and adding more weight to it than the previous supersetting would have went with. I’m glad I did. One of the best sessions for my triceps in a long time. Feeling a little stronger every workout. [ As far as the AAS is concerned everything is running smoothly, I am looking foraward to the test and Im currently side free. Surfer

Chuffed to bits. For my size Even I am impressed. I had four fookers standing looking at me like I was'nt even going to get it off the floor and BAM 6 reps perfect form. Little did I know that squatting in the corner to high reps, about 20 or so, was the former Overall NABBA UK in his weight/height - I think thats what he said - Champion from ten years ago, or there abouts. Lol. He came over and we chatted briefly as he was training, about powerlifting and how I should look into local competitions and how he felt it helped him progress faster. Strangely as we talked, Im usually a cool and calm person but I listened attentively, ending up with him doing all the talking, as If he was about to tell me the secret of mass, lol. Probably better that way. [&:] I am glad the way that the cycle is progressin after such a disappointing run the last time. Illness half way though, food poinioning, and lack of sleep the whole way, average about 5.5 hours a night, really limited my gains completely. This time is definately different. My diet is improved, and I must say James, the nutrionalist, was worth every penny as the timings and quantities are spot on, never too full/bloated and enjoying my food. Im getting stringer and hopefull that can only lead me to where I ultimately want to be. Surfer

Good though I enjoyed it and had a few surprises. Alot of sets and reps. Felt great. Incline was with the thinner bar thank God and was far better than last week. I really feel as if it has taken this long for the Dbol to kick in, or maybe its the light increase that has mad the difference. Strength was way up and recovery was much quicker between sets. It felt as if I could have stayed there most ofthe night and strength wouldnt have left me. Awsome Pump in the chest and I never get that unless I am doing drop sets on the Pec dec, even then it was'nt like this If Dbol is the cause then I love this stuff. Then again we are at the beginning of week three. Could possibly, but not likely to be, the test. If it is then its the tip of the iceberg as strength will only get better. Either way Im on to a winner over the next few weeks. If the test hasnt kicked in, I will see another rise in strength gains, if it has there could'nt be a high enough blood concentration yet to have 'peaked' so I should expect more down the line. Im begining to love this cycle. Tomorrow is Legs... and I cant wait. Surfer

Took ages to clear. Had to stop the dbol half a week early. Too many dead hairs. My Fiancee is a hair and scalp specialist and was able to tell me from the folicle after she took it to her labs that it was dead before its time. The folicle root and shaft are now gone forever. Dont think I will be using Dbol again. Surfer
