not bent out of shape, just straight and to the point

I squated 8 plates today, but I don't talk about all the weight I can throw around..I am pass that point in my training stage...its all about technique for me now...

208lbs right now.....I am looking for a lb a week....so hopefully that will be the case throughout this 20 weeker

oh sure, you put all the weights on the bar, but past that point Keep on going. You got to be feeling some of the EQ kicking in a little, if not the Test.

stopped this cycle on 12/30 because of personal reasons.....I am hiring a natural bodybuilder to help me get back on track naturally....I will be getting bloodwork in 4 weeks to determine my natural hormone levels ect.....

recent pic taken 1/7
this is 2 weeks after finishing pinning.....I didn't experience any gains from this cycle, and PCT is going to be a breeze....starting that in a few days....training naturally from here on out

hey rckpytn....dude we need to train soon! yea I decided to stay natural, I am pretty close to rebounded back after the 2 weeks I was on....I am going to start loading up on bcaa's and other things to help me grow...rckpytn give me a call soon
