Day 8

Today was Chest, w/o as follows

BB Incline - 135x12, 190x6, 205x6, 225x6, 240x6...felt pretty easy
BB Flat Bench - 225x6, 235x6, 255x4, 280x4...struggled @ 4 but got it
DB Deep Incline Flys - 35x8, 35x8
Cable Flys High - 50x8,60x8
Cable Flys Low - 50x8,50x8
No Calves

I am feeling very strong and lots of endurance. Face really started to get oily yesterday. Used the P6 one other time, and face was getting really oily after day 4, this time it hit me about day 7, and the weight gain with the P6 was more rapid as it has been this time.

Diet has been good, but not 100% clean which is actually the way I want it. I need weight, and if BF stays the same when I have it re-tested that is fine by me. ( I will have it re-tested after cycle, and after PCT)

So far everything is going well, face is oily, but no biggie. As long as I push the water, no headaches either.

Weight is 215.8....mmmmm I am liking the weight gain

What are you doing for PCT and what are your goals for weight gain/strength gain after PCT is finished.

jlo....my goal for weight is to hit 230....we will see about that??

My overall goal is to maintain 220+....I feel my strength is good, but I never seem to be able to maintain the size along with it. That was part of my decision to try a PH and stacking it with the P6 seems to be going very, very well.

It makes it a little harder, in the fact that I am not training for something, but I will push through and hit my goal. Thursday I will step it up to 60 mg tren extreme 3x daily and keep the P6 the same @ 2 caps 3x daily.

Most guys I know really started to gain weight @ the 10 day point when the bumped to 2 tren caps 3x a day. We will see....another facter is that I think since I haven't done a PH since I was 19 plays a big role on the response my body is having....if I cycle this again in 4 months (which I do not), I do not think my body would respond in the same fashion.

And besides jlo...NO BEER FOR LIKE 6-8 WEEKS...THAT JUST FUKED UP!

For PCT...and during I am going to start taking 150-300 mg of androsteintrione on Thursday night when I start the 60 mg tren 3x daily, and then do Nolvedex XT for PCT.

This has to be the most difficult part. When I was taking DNP, I had a case of Amber Bock taunting me every time I opened the fridge.

Day 9 - Back

Todays w/o was good, yesterdays diet was shiit...traveling, mcdonalds...etc FUUK!!

Pullups - 2x12 wide grip, 2x10 narrow grip all with BW only
Deadlifts - 185x10,225x6,275x6,365x4,415x2...I think I tweaked my back on the last pull
Low Cable Rows WIDE - 140x8,180x8,200x8
Wide Grip Pulldowns - 160x8,180x8,200x8
Bent Over BB Rows - 4x6...no go
ABS - no go

Weight 214.8...Shiity diet yesterday sure helped that

Yea...I tweaked my back, and its nobady fault but my own. Brused in the lumber region, and it hurts. I am gonna go to a Chiropractor the first of the week if it is not better and I am out of the gym for the time being. Cycle stopped day 9, and started with the androstentrione, will do 600mg for 7 days and then back down to 300 mg @ bedtime for 14 days.

I am really frustrated cause I have not done anything but creatine and various natty test boosters for 7 + years now. Tried one PH, and pull my back out of wack. FUKIN SHIIT.

I will try to get back in the gym next week with light weights, but that I will not even guarentee.
