Getting from 20% down to 12% is a piece of cake mate if you have cutting experience. 12% is when the work begins.

You seem experienced enough to be making sense of what is going on, so why not make the necessary adjustments to diet and cardio and if needs be add some ECA?

Like I said it’s a piece of cake.

I would advise that DNP is just necessary at this stage.

Consider this, if a newbie turned up (blood work and all) and said I have just finished my SD cycle and want to run some DNP, it would be long before I lock the thread up for the heat he would get.

P.S. I don’t like Superdrol either, in my opinion it’s a lot of calorie consumption and extra BF for very little gains. The gains that are reported ARE hype and if they are anywhere near realistic they are usually by people that are very skinny and could have put the weight on just by eating and lifting alone. If you want an oral only, and I will probably get slated for this on a UK board but I would say Dbol 6 weeks 30mg. I have witnessed real gains time and time again on this with UK bros, although for its not popular in the US. But sure, the yanks do everything different!!

You are right, it's piece of cake but takes 3-4 month of healthy dieting to have the desired result (without losing any muscle)

DNP is not necessary, but still will be fun to do I am not planning on doing it often, but I am curious to try it out.

Thanks for you advice on DBol, I have heard some believer in that while other bash it saying it's mostly water gain and that the gain don't stay afterward. Oral only, maybe not, my next will prolly be test e and dbol.

You are right, it's a compound to respect and better go safely. Believe me I will, I will keep this log and be ready to have more advice on the go. If rashes come I have benadryl at hand and will stop if the rashes are bad.

Your ignorance amazes me! Again, you've never done any AAS and rather than just use test e, your gonna run two compounds at once. Doing steroids etc shouldn't be labeled as fun. I think your head needs to be checked.

At the same time it'll give me some time with the obligation to go light with the weight so my left shoulder and my right elbow may heal a bit .

I ran test before 21 but I still had 3 years of solid research behind it from vets and studies on other boards. I didn't decide one day that it would be 'fun' to run test. My decision was not the same as yours.

Damn - I take off one day from work and miss all this! lol This is the kinda sh*t I was expecting to receive when I started my log - what happened fellas?

Anyway - dude, these guys are just trying to help you man. Don't take this sh*t lightly, it isn't something to f*ck around with. I think you know that though, especially if you read all the stuff I sent you on it.

Also, it is good you are starting at 100mg to see how you react to it (i.e. rash, heat, etc). Don't expect to lose any weight on that dose though - I have read that your body compensates for the 15% or so metabolic increase at 100mg.

Make sure you take it after you have eaten some food and eat after also (in the middle of a meal or something), blueberries are an excellent anti-oxidant - so you might wanna eat some everyday, and mostly importantly stay hydrated with water/V8.

Good luck and stay safe.

Just as I did my research. Don't forget that there's in fact less involved as far a knowledge goes in DNP then Test.

I know that's why I'm not complaining. The only one I can't smell around is joe... Just can't handle is pissy attitude.

Default Adjusted Plan

Starting Stat :
5 8", 208lbs
BF = 20% around

Supplement while on :
R-ALA between 300-600mg ED splitted in 3 dose with meal.
Thyrolan (ECY stack) first week at 2 caps a day, after bump to 4
Vitamin C (3g a day)
Vitamin E (800IU a day)
Multi-Vitamine (1 a day)
CLA (3g a day)
Omega3 (3g a day)
V8 (between 1 to 3 a day)

Plan of action with DNP (May adjust as time goes)
first week (or 5 days) : 200mg
second week (or 5 days): 300mg
third week (or 5 days): 400mg
fourth week and last (or 5 days): 500-600mg

Weight training plan :
set/rep scheme : 10-12/light weight
Cardio ED (*If able to*) : low intensity 20-30 min

Diet Plan :
Will see how it goes.
I plan P/C/F ratio of 50/30/20 --> As surfer proposed.
Blueberries added --> JLo comment.

Starting November 6.
