Damn - I take off one day from work and miss all this! lol This is the kinda sh*t I was expecting to receive when I started my log - what happened fellas?
Anyway - dude, these guys are just trying to help you man. Don't take this sh*t lightly, it isn't something to f*ck around with. I think you know that though, especially if you read all the stuff I sent you on it. Also, it is good you are starting at 100mg to see how you react to it (i.e. rash, heat, etc). Don't expect to lose any weight on that dose though - I have read that your body compensates for the 15% or so metabolic increase at 100mg. Make sure you take it after you have eaten some food and eat after also (in the middle of a meal or something), blueberries are an excellent anti-oxidant - so you might wanna eat some everyday, and mostly importantly stay hydrated with water/V8. Good luck and stay safe. LOL @ Joe's Anthrax comment...that was some funny sh*t dude.

5 8", 208lbs BF = 20% around Supplement while on : R-ALA between 300-600mg ED splitted in 3 dose with meal. Thyrolan (ECY stack) first week at 2 caps a day, after bump to 4 Vitamin C (3g a day) Vitamin E (800IU a day) Multi-Vitamine (1 a day) CLA (3g a day) Omega3 (3g a day) V8 (between 1 to 3 a day) Plan of action with DNP (May adjust as time goes) first week (or 5 days) : 200mg second week (or 5 days): 300mg third week (or 5 days): 400mg fourth week and last (or 5 days): 500-600mg Weight training plan : set/rep scheme : 10-12/light weight Cardio ED (*If able to*) : low intensity 20-30 min Diet Plan : Will see how it goes. I plan P/C/F ratio of 50/30/20 --> As surfer proposed. Blueberries added --> JLo comment. Starting November 6. Any input or tweak will be gladly welcome.
