As for lucking out, I guess I need to change my routine a bit as I feel my ligament are kinda weak... Need to change from low rep to med rep for a month or two.
r u sure ur rdy for DNP though? from what i've read here, there isn't much luv for it. ECA probably be good enough.

As for ur ligaments, perhaps get some Cissus? and changing rep ranges will definately be a good idea to try and build them up. as well as stretching - first important for ligaments and tendons.

I agree. From JLO's log here and a log I read over at AM, DNP sounds like it may be a bit much. You've just finished your first oral cycle and already you're planning on jumping into something like DNP.

Well it was correct SD cycle, I think, just not perfect cycle because of not controlable issues that has happened. DNP, from what I have read, is not that big of a deal, just don't go into high doses and be sure to keep yourself chill during it and no taking anything that makes temperature goes up.

For the dnp, I will tip my toe in it, if I see I am not ready for it, well I'll stop it. I read the Jlo thread to and am reading lot of thing on it still, I am planning to try it, but yet I am studying it.

DNP isn't that bad. Just remember these 3 things and you will be ok........

1.) 90% of stuff you read on it is completely overblown BS, including this site.
2.) Do you research and validate with the medical data out there. Read as many logs as possible on the stuff.
3.) Take the necessary support supps, stay hydrated, and don't be a dumbass. Bottom line - RESPECT THE COMPOUND.

If you don't respect it and treat it like a normal fat burner, you risk major issues. If you do respect it and play it safe, you will be completely safe and will shed a ton of fat with little to no sides.

Exactly what I am doing and it's not for the respect of the compound but more for the respect of my life and health

Finished training, I didn't lost any strenght really but I did lost endurance, the last set is way harder to do and my recuperation is slower...

Between set I had to wait 120-180sec compare to 60-120 on SD.

I still have tremendous back pump, even worse then when I was on it... And more on the right side then the left...

Default ****ing Back Pump.

I just had to walk to somewhere maybe 10min walk, I had such pain in the lower back, huge back pump, I actually had to stop and try to stretch a little.

This is a pain unbearable, and I am no more on SD!!! Is that suppose to be??

Even my calves are getting tight until it hurts...

Still on PCT,
back pumps gone, gained 1 more pound. (I tend to think it's maybe fat or water due to creatine).

Feel like my strenght is going up still...
