IMO, which is going to go against what lots of you have read, tribulis is better than nolva for restoring natty test levles in LARGE doses, i mean at least 4g a day. most people do not take enough trib for it to really work. nolva never did much for me except for fixing sore nips.

Day 3
I took 10mg this morning with a nice breakfast. I am going right now to the gym, I am taking 10 mg before. I don't know if what I feel in my lower back is what you guys call back pump, but just walking I feel my lower back tight... It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just feel tight, like after hyper-extension set... I have a great feeling today, I feel horny as hell. Going to gym, I'll edit this post when I come back. Squat 12x135 10x135 6x205 3x225 1x225 3x6x225 (I had no breath, problem with my throat cause of my sickness )Leg Press 3x8x500 (Sweating like crazy, I felt really bloated... I had huge belly full of water )Stiff legged deadlift 3x6x205 (Focusing on my hams) Was an okay workout, I dropped the abs will do it tomorrow to replace my arms as my elbow is still hurting as hell... Finally!
Back to gym today! My sickness is gone, don't feel the inflamation in my right elbow anymore, I gained 3 pound of I don't know what! 201lbs. Going to the gym at 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Chest, Shoulder. I have constant headache, I don't know if it's because of SD. Wooohooo!!! Okay now your talking! Back Lateral Pull Down 12x120 10x120 6x180 3x200 1x240 Wide-Grip pull ups straight bar. 4x6xme+25 One arm DB Row 1x12x105 1x8x110 1x6x115 Deadlifts 2x8x315 Bicep BB Curl 3x4x105 Alternating Curl 3x4x45 Wide Grip EZ Curl 2x4x105 Close Grip EZ Curl 1x2x105 Okay I know the number doesn't look impressive, BUT I mean, I felt strong, like a beast. Before I was needing at least 2-3 minute between each set, now I was just finished a set and I was ready to do it again... My chin up, with less rest I could do the same number of reps set after set. But now I know what you guys meant by BACK PUMP! Sh!t after the DB Row, my lower back was feeling so full that I had to lay down on the incline bench until it goes a bit. (Thus explaining the kind of low weight deadlift.) Everybody in the gym was telling me I look a lot bigger and in a good way... Chin up I did less then normally but hell I was 208.5 on the scale before working out compared to 198 normally. |
