I am 38. I weight 180. I'v been lifting for 10+ years solid. I am about 10% body fat.I am runing the sd 20/20/20 with creatine, glutimine, 1000 mg milk thistle 1200mg ryr 60mg CoQ10 and 3gm taurine if back pumps start. The things I am doing different this time are. I have got down to 180 again, and I been lifting light for the last 3 weeks 10's 15's. I am going to lift as heavy as possible this time 8's 6's 4's 2 's .My cals will be around 4000 to 5000 aday and protine will be in the 200 to 300. Also I will be doing burn outs with light weights at the end of all work outs. Beat um untill I cant take it no more. I look ripped now and when the SD kicks in I will look amazing. I will not be as detailed on my post this time but you will all get the the highlights, and any new stuff that did not happen last time. Oh and pct will be the same refer to my last log dupa's 10/20/20. thanks!

This is my second SD cycle. Wow tonight rocked my recovery time in between sets is real short now. I almost dont feel winded. I did chest I did 245 flat bench x 2 after 1 mounth of lifting light. I will be going over my max bench of 275 no problem this time. I am not so concerned about numbers this time. I am more to the food rest and water. so far it has payed real big this is only the 4th day so all will only get better if I stay driven.

I changed my eating I'm going to eat every 2 hours instead of three. I am up 4 pound at this point things are looking better than last time. My strenth is thought the roof and I'm going with it full boar. Oh and the darn back pumps came

I'm now at 187 feeling very tired though.I will post official weight tomorrow.Eating evry 2 hours is the tuff one of the harder things I done in weight lifting over the years. i pretty sure I did not gain any new fat as well so this was probaly one of my most succesful cycles. I will stat pct tomorrow. That will be the real test to see if I hold my gains.

I just finished my first light week. WOW did i get a pump tonight the kind that hurts the kind that you think your musles are going to rip out.

ok so this is the final week of pct. My boys are all most fully back. I droped 4 ponds and I'm still looking ripped.I probaly dropped the weight to fast becase I had to put my dog down,but i did keep my eating the same though it. So I will not have to do and cadio for the rest of this pct.
