151lbs Still relatively lean.
Calories are high as stated in my diet but I could easily add another meal as I am finding my appetite is ferocious. Monday 31st July Chest Inclined Barbell Bench Press 1 x 10 30kg Warm-up/pre-exhaust 1 x 8 42.5kg - - - Up 5kg from beginning 1 x 8 45kg - - - Up 7.5kg 1 x 8 47.5kg - - - Up 10kg Barbell Bench Press 1 x 8 45 - - - Up 2.5kg 1 x 8 47.5kg - - - Up 2.5kg 1 x 8 50kg - - - Up 2.5kg 1 x 8 50kg 1 x 12 40kg - - - Enjoyed the pump so kept it a little. Standing Cable Flies 1 x 10 12.5kg (managed 12) 1 x 10 12.5kg (managed 12) 1 x 10 15kg 1 x 10 15kg Biceps 21’s 1 x 7 x 3 10kg 1 x 7 x 3 10kg 1 x 7 x 3 10kg Dumbbell Curls 1 x 10 12kg 1 x 10 14kg - - - Up 2kg 1 x 10 14kg - - - Up 2kg Concentration Table Curls 1 x 10 10kg 1 x 10 10kg 1 x 10 10kg Lift Weights are definately increasing nicely. Im impressed with the weight gain so far but am expecting alot more in the next few weeks. A lb a day would be nice.... but Im not holding my breath .Tonight is legs.... Surfer |

Im so busy as of late mate, so fitting work, my gym, family life and diet leaves me very little time.
Im going to post a overall cycle summary when Im done with full detail. Cycles going well. 5 Spots across my shoulder blades not even big or worth mentioning, so I have very very little sides. Test likes me! Surfer |

Forgot about this thread. After PCT around 8lbs lean, I only ran an eight week cycle in the end. Im pretty happy for this being my first cycle and considering I was ill in the middle.
Its was exploratory more than anything else. But 8lbs can be a years gain in some cases. Next cycle 500mg test and 25/30mg dbol. Surfer
