Vas, my water intake is at an all time high on this stuff for the very reason you pointed out. I was aware of the effects your mentioning from the journals I have read. In saying that despite drinking all I could possibly manage physically and practically, as running to the toilet now making me look bizarre, my urine, apart from the first two days, has yet to be clear as it normally would be with this much water intake. Just a quick note on the Test. Pinning was going well until the last shot. As I withdrew the needle, slowly, and it came out some drops of blood accompanied by some test trickled out to. This annoyed me as I am trying to keep blood levels as stable as possible to keep side to a minimum. Saying that we are not talking a great deal. I normally have no problem with this, there is hardly ever any blood either, but I may try to use the Z track method although this is kind of difficult when twisting to hit the glute. For any newbies wondering what I mean by Z track Method, here it is below for you. Quote:

if you aspirated and no blood shot into the syringe then you didnt inject into a vein/blood vessel. When you pull the needle out it never follows the same route as it went in so your going to drag along the tissue beside the 'way in'

Once in a while I get the same thing u just described while pinning. I think is from hiting a blood vessel. Also, when the pin goes in if it hurts right from the begining u hit a blood vessel. No need to go crazy now

Not sure that I hit a blood vessel, there really was'nt that much blood. I think its just from the negative pressure pushing the Test along the injection route, rather than the pressure from the blood vessel pushing it out. |

if you've aspirated and there is no blood, you can feel the plunger suck back also... your good to go.
injecting slowly is usually wise but if its a long affair then you've got a pin stuck in your glute/leg wiggling about (it will not stay still lol)

I definately did'nt hit a vein mate, I always aspirate to make sure of this.
Like I said the blood was'nt a flow or even a trickle to indicate that I had nicked a vein on the way in or out, it was only a few drips. What bothered me was the fact that the Test had came out which was probably due to the negative pressure created by pushing the Test into the glute. That is why I am going to try the Z track, I just dont want the Test coming out again as it will result, in unstable blood concentrations because of the different amounts being absorbed. Surfer |

Sunday 16th July
Now on some of these exercises today I adopted a principle based on pulling from the Elbows I read in Caferacers Journal, Caferacer's lifting (AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE), they are only minor adjustments but very effective. Back Deadlifts 1 x 10 40kg 1 x 8 60kg 1 x 8 70kg 1 x 6 70kg 1 x 4 80kg (6 unassisted) Bent Over Row 1 x 10 32kg 1 x 10 32kg (14 Unassisted) 1 x 10 34kg (14 Unassisted) 1 x 10 36kg (14 Unassisted) Seated Machine Rows 1 x 10 65kg 1 x 10 70kg 1 x 10 75kg (14 Unassisted) Machine Pull Downs 1 x 10 65kg 1 x 10 70kg 1 x 10 75kg 1 x 10 80kg Front Pull Downs 1 x 10 55kg 1 x 10 55kg 1 x 10 55kg Traps Dumbell Shrugs 1 x 12 26kg 1 x 12 28kg 1 x 12 30kg I usually add in some Ez bar shrugs here but I was stuck for time today. Im starting to notice good strength gains despite not having much carbs before this workout. Would have been interesting to see what I could do with more carbs pre workout. From next week onwards I will try for a little more weight and hopefully that will keep the rep range to between 8 - 12. Surfer Surfer |

My weight is up, albeit a little, 3lbs. With my hike in Calories for the cycle Im not sure if this BF or not as its difficult to tell visually. Im not sure that SD is doing that much for me, except making it very difficult to keep my urine clear. Its not rated as highly by the UK users as it might be in the US, ever to the Vets who tried it at 60mg, yes 60mg! Surfer Last edited by surferph34; 07-20-2006 at 10:12 AM. |

I read an interesting article by David Tolson from Mind and Muscle that tries to predict what a user of Test should expect in relation to their weight training, in terms of strength, power and fatigability. All supproted by medical research.
