Yeah will do on the Taurine, its more a starting point, with lots of bananas pre workout.

Good luck Surf!
Let's us know how SD works with test. I always run PH on their own and injectables separate. I never mixed it up. If you have good results I might try it with my next bulker.
Just as a suggestion, wouldn't be better to run SD in the middle of the cycle?
SD tends to keep water retention low which will work sinergestically with test which tends to bloat

The SD Vasville is really only there unitll the Test E kicks in and I am thinking that the Test E from this point on will be enough.

I am hoping to have little bloat on this cycle by keeping the sodium down to a bare minimum and drinking each day until urine is consistantly clear.

As this is my first cycle I am also hoping to see what way my body reacts to the Test, so If I bloat then I will know that even when I try to keep bloat down I am susceptable to it even on relatively small doses of Test E.

This cycle is a learning curve for me as much as anything else, even though your idea is a good one I really want to see how I react to the compound separately.

take a few measurements and post on here.

Like weight, bicep & thigh measurements, maybe even neck/chest size. Then at the mid point of the cycle, you could post these again. We'd like to see how much you are growing.

We want to see your arms go from 17" to 24" ..otherwise we'll just say your cycle was a failure and question what the heck where you thinking .... j/k

Will see what I can do.

If the cycle's a failure it means I have made errors somewhere along the way. Hoprfully I sort them before its too late. I am hoping for some good gains.

I am also thinking in order to keep track of my progress I should include weekly weigh ins, record of my training and weight to note any weight lifting increases.

You will be ok Surf, don't worry. Do you have some extra gear just in case you need to bump up the dosage? Most likely no need to do that but who knows...

your on a mass cycle, go for mass!!!

I have plenty of Bi, trust me this is a tried and tested method.

It has taken me some time to put together my workout to figure out what works best for my body so I will be sticking to my workout for the cycle.

just like my old leg workout

the weights you use for your calves seem really light when compared to your squats... how come you dont hit them heavy?
