Started the cycle on Wednesday June 21, 2006

Stats:

21 Years Old
200lbs
6'2"

I'm goin with 20/20/20mg SD and PCT Nolvadex: Day 1: 60mg, Days 2-11: 40mg, Days 12-21: 20mg.

Since i'm starting this log on the 5th day of the first week i'll just give my observations so far:

Thankfully, I have no experienced any visible side effects nor have I experienced the back pumps or flu like symptoms. Currently I am stacking the SD with the following supplements:

2400mg RYR
1200mg Milk Thistle
100mg CoQ10
2 GNC Mega Man MultiVitamins
360mg EPA Omega-3 Fish Body Oils
240mg DHA Omega-3 Fish Body Oils
1g taurine

I have noticed that I have been working out a lot hard and spending a lot more time in the gym. I'm also sweating a lot more and I've been adding a little more weight to all my exercises. I don't know whether these are due to a mental boost or if the SD is actually kicking in. I have noticed however that i'm always hungry and more thirsty than usual (and trust me, its not b/c of a lack of food, I eat non-stop and I drink so much damn water that I have to piss like all the time). I've been taking about 2-3 Cytogainer shakes a day and on the 5th day I weigh204lbs.

So I finally polished off that 6lb tub of cytogainer and now that i'm officially broke after spending all my money on superdrol, nolva, and the supplement stack...I had to settle for :::gasp:::Costco Pro-Rated Whey Protein (6lbs for 24 bux). It tastes like @ss...i'm not even gonna lie but oh well. I've weighed myself on different scales and my weight ranges anywhere from 206.7-210. I personally dont see myself that much bigger but I do feel a bit bulkier and I feel as if I have a gut. Maybe its because i've been eating so much :/ (Not junk either). I worked shoulders today and I have to say that I don't get tired as easily and I feel as though I can push myself a lot harder.
For example:
I was doing dumbell shoulder presses..
55lbs x 12
65lbs x 10
70lbs x 10

The one thing I did notice, however, was that when I was doing situps on the situp bench, I had a shooting pain in my lower back and I had to take a break. I don't know whether these are the back pumps everyone has experienced, or it was from the situps..but I forgot to take my taurine today

Also, do you guys recommend that you do cardio while on Superdrol...I've heard of the shin splints but is it possible? and how often did you guys work abs while on SD?

...on to day 6....

good luck.

Always weight on the same scales, early morning before meals.

Also, try to only stick to 2 cytogainer shakes a day, and if you need additional shakes, look at "regular" protein shakes like 100% ON Whey. Only suggesting this based on your other meals. Hopefully you are tracking your calories/protein/carbs/fat on a daily basis. This will tell you where you need to adjust your meals as the day goes.

I believe those may have been back pumps. You may want to increase your taurine. Supposidly this helps.. but it's never helped me

Well,

Its been exactly a week and I worked chest today. Holy $h!t . That's all I have to say. I felt like I had an endless amount of strength and energy. Big improvement from last week.

Last week when doing incline DB I did:

70 x 12
75 x 10
80 x 8
85 x 6

Today I did:

70 x 12
80 x 12
90 x 12
100 x 8

I also saw huge improvements in my incline DB fly's, incline BB press, and cross overs. Some other good news....i haven't experienced anymore back pumps and I feel as though my shoulders and chest have gotten a lot bigger and leaner. The only bad thing is that even though I drink a lot of water, I notice that at times my urine is really yellow (maybe because of all the vitamins and supplements i'm taking...take a look at my supplement stack above). In any event, i'm looking forward to this week and next week because thats when the real gains come!

Might be a good idea to post measurements and pics to track progress. The scale sometimes lies - but the measuring tape never does!!! Good luck on your cycle - p.s. a buddy of mine took superdrol in crazy amounts like 40mg...he said the back pumps were HORRIBLE!!!
