DAY 1:
hit up on only 20mcg clen pre workout...no effects; also hit 50mg M4. did 35 minutes of brisk walking and some stretches. DAY 2: hit 20mcg clen in the morning (empty stomach) and had TERRIBLE headaches all day. did another 20mcg and 50mg M4 preworkout. hit up legs/calves today....good sweat |

DAY 3: off day
hit up 40mcg clen....im shaky all day! damn....headaches gone, but experiencing some pain in kidney/lower back area....however, it might be related to the ab twists i was doing on DAY 2. tomorrow is chest/biceps and some cardio |

clen isnt too bad...just listen to your body. im only running 60mcg per day and feeling it...so why raise the dosage?
DAY 10: 45 min cardio.... DAY 11: off....my throat is killing me and i feel a sickness coming on...damn! it will probably be good for a few lbs lost though! lol tomorrow is delts/triceps and some cardio. |

alright....lets update this biatch....
DAY 12: off (still sick) DAY 13: went in to hit up some delts/triceps.... DAY 14-15: off....did a lot of cardio (walking) though! i got the blisters to prove it. DAY 16: went in to hit up chest/biceps....tomorrow is cardio or maybe legs. |
