Default clen/t3/m4ohn/EQ cycle

summer cutter...

week 1-8: clen (either stacked with benadryl or 2on1off2on etc)
week 1-8: M4ohn (50mg ED for 2 weeks, 75mg ED for 2 weeks, then end with 100mg ED)
week 4-7: T3 (no ramping up....ramp down only from 75 or 100mcg ED)
week 9-11: PCT (nolva)...[PCT for thyroid starts after t3 finishes]

training: less weight, more reps (8-10)
cardio: regular, but less intense (fast walking)
diet: clean maintenance, no calorie counting
supps: multi, taurine (for clen), flax/fish oils, liver supps
start stats: ???

goal: look better

i will post some pics soon...

EDITS:

-didnt start T3 untl DAY 43.
-decided to go with 400mg/week EQ starting DAY 42. will run for about 12 weeks.
-clen ran in the beginning for a few weeks. will add it again later on.
-run 50mg M4ohn until DAY 60 (or so). will stop for a bit and run it again toward end of EQ.

DAY 1:

hit up on only 20mcg clen pre workout...no effects; also hit 50mg M4. did 35 minutes of brisk walking and some stretches.

DAY 2:

hit 20mcg clen in the morning (empty stomach) and had TERRIBLE headaches all day. did another 20mcg and 50mg M4 preworkout.

hit up legs/calves today....good sweat

I'm glad you're bumping the M4OHN as you progress, I absolutely loved that shizzle even on it's own running near 52mg ED toward the end of my cycle...it totally ripped me up.

thanks guys....im going to cut now and then run a nice bulker later this year, but i want to be lean first.

skippy, nice to see you around bro...you ran 52mg ED? what do you think of 100mg ED?

DAY 3: off day

hit up 40mcg clen....im shaky all day! damn....headaches gone, but experiencing some pain in kidney/lower back area....however, it might be related to the ab twists i was doing on DAY 2.

tomorrow is chest/biceps and some cardio

i think 100mg ED is fine for an experienced user, nobody has really pushed the limits of M4OHN before...so I'm extremely curious as to how you make out

just take those liver supps and lay off the booze, lol

i will listen to my body. im taking 50mg and will bump it to 75mg in two weeks.

DAY 4:

forgot to take my clen this morning! its ok...went in to hit up chest/biceps. good workout, crazy pump. i dont know, but i already feel "tighter"

tomorrow is cardio/abs.

went in to hit up cardio (35minutes)....tomorrow is maybe more cardio...dont know yet. sunday is back.

DAY 6: no gym.....it fcking hot and i must have walked about 15km

DAY 7: no gym....legs hurt from yesterday. tomorrow is back/abs

clen has me shaking like mo-fo still....im up to 30mcg twice per day so its not a crazy dose....

DAY 8: felt like ass and slept...diet been good though.

DAY 9: went in to hit up back and some abs. went well, but im a weakling.

tomorrow is cardio/calves.

clen isnt too bad...just listen to your body. im only running 60mcg per day and feeling it...so why raise the dosage?

DAY 10: 45 min cardio....

DAY 11: off....my throat is killing me and i feel a sickness coming on...damn! it will probably be good for a few lbs lost though! lol

tomorrow is delts/triceps and some cardio.

alright....lets update this biatch....

DAY 12: off (still sick)

DAY 13: went in to hit up some delts/triceps....

DAY 14-15: off....did a lot of cardio (walking) though! i got the blisters to prove it.

DAY 16: went in to hit up chest/biceps....tomorrow is cardio or maybe legs.
