DAY 39: off....my eyes are making me want to sleep! lol....also, my left shoulder is fvcked from what happened...damn.

DAY 40: went in to hit up cardio and calves. hopefully my shoulder will be ok for monday. tomorrow is cardio/abs or maybe off...

yes actually....its viral pink eye, so antibiotics dont do anything. i am actually sitting here pressing warm black tea bags against my eyes! lol its supposed to help...

no....its viral pink eye. hot compresses, visine and some time is all that is needed. i hope this clears soon...i look terrible! lol

DAY 41: off

DAY 42: went in to hit up 45min cardio. my shoulder is still a little sore, so i will not work it out tomorrow. maybe some cardio and abs or something.

i will begin the t3 tomorrow at 75mcg. i might boost up to 100mcg for a week and then trail down to 25mcg for a total of about 30 days.

i also got my EQ and will start right away....400mg/week. 1cc shot every 3-4 days. i will keep running the M4ohn for about 2 weeks.

DAY 43: off...but got some good cardio in with a few kms walked. my eye is really a concern now. my shoulder is feeling better and i will be able to do something by wednesday.

EQ shot went without any problems (ahhh!). and i can already feel the t3....took two huge dumps today.

its been fun!!!! my eye is better, but i got the liquid shiiits BAD from the T3, cramping is harsh....i should have ramped up. i am stopping it for a few days and will start 25mcg ED.

i might try to hit the gym tomorrow...my left shoulder is still sore at certain angles....i might see a specialist if it does not recover 100%.

DAY 47, 48, 49, 50: off, off, off, off.....do i even work out anymore?

after the shiits and my shoulder, i have to come back hard. EQ should kick in soon and ive started ramping the t3.....

DAY 51: off as well...oh my!

DAY 52: hit the gym (finally) for some cardio and abs....i am seeing someone about my left shoulder on tuesday....until then, i will take it easy on it to avoid more damage.

DAY 53: decided to hit the pool instead of the gym...tomorrow is legs/abs and cardio.

DAY 54: went in to hit up back, calves and cardio.

DAY 55, 56: off (gym closed)

DAY 57: looks like it will be cardio and legs for the next little while they work on my shoulder. its a good thing though.

got massage and acupunture...man that massage guy is STRONG!!! i feel like my shoulders been hit with a bat!

tomorrow is cardio/legs

DAY 60: hit up cardio.....

DAY 61-71: off baby!

DAY 72: time to get back to basics here.....went in for cardio. my "anticipated" last physio day is on saturday. i have been doing some rotator cuff movements because that is where the last of my shoulder pain is. i should up and running soon.....

I CANNOT WAIT TO FVCKING LIFT AGAIN!!!!!
