DAY 17: off....legs hurt still
DAY 18: went in to hit up 45min cardio...tomorrow is back/abs. overall, im feeling good and im noticeably leaner. im still on the clen, but will take a few days off now. also still at 50mg M4ohn ED....maybe i will bump it up soon to 75mg |

how the clen working out for you? I'm really wanting to cut a little more before starting to bulk up. It seems like this last little bit of fat won't leg go of my body and was wondering if Clen might give it the push it needs to burn off.

hrpiii: i personally like it...i get the "shakes" but can live with them. the one thing i dont like is that i seem to sweat a lot more than normal, but that is expected. its working for me....the clen is leaning me out and the M4OHN is keeping me from totally melting. i will run the clen for a few more days, then start up the T3. DAY 26: went in to hit up chest/biceps....good workout but was in a rush, so no time for cardio. DAY 27: busy again....no time for gym this day. DAY 28: went in and hit up 45min cardio. tomorrow is back/calves and some cardio. |

DAY 29: hit back and abs...no calves
DAY 30: im 3000km from home but i managed some good cardio at the hotel. about 25min on machines and some swimming/sauna...then finished off in the whirlpool.....ahhhh tomorrow is an off day as i will get back home too late. |

DAY 32: went in to hit up some shoulder/triceps....felt a little drained though. DAY 33: off...lots of cardio walking though DAY 34: off...walking/swimming for cardio DAY 35: went in to hit up legs and some abs DAY 36: hit about 45min cardio |

update: i have stopped the clen, but have not started the t3 just yet. i seem to have an eye infection and will wait for it to clear.
still running the m4ohn and getting great pumps but not too much strength. i have decided to toss in an AAS...namely EQ. first time running it and will be running it alone for about 12 weeks @ 400mg/week. i will stop the M4ohn shortly after this starts early next week. cant wait! today is chest/biceps/calves and some abs. |

DAY 37: off actually....eye infection had me sleeping!
DAY 38: went in to hit up chest/biceps and some abs. good workout although on my last burn out set for incline bb bench, i wasnt paying attention and since the bench is kinda small, my left side was too high and the bar fell up and over the stand! what a crash! good thing the gym only had like 5 guys.....i kind of hurt my shoulder a bit though. tomorrow is calves and cardio. |
