Notes: I usually squat 425-455, but i took two weeks off and this is my comeback. I ease back in. If i can push it safely on my first wek i will.
Next 2 months ago i benched 315 x 3, and that was it. The next day i realized i totally ruined my left collarbone and rotator cuff. It was 50lbs more than i've done and it was too much too fast. So, my bench lacks now but i am fighting my way back. I was at 135 again, now i am back to 225+.... |

First day, first injections. First of all my PCT is Day 15 60mg Nolva, Day16-18 40mg, then 20mg for five days , 10mg, 5 mg etc etc. what do you think?
Today i did 200mg Prop, and 50mg Tren. My first needles ever and what a damn mess, i was being super sterile got the needle in my leg, aspirated, and then the oil wouldn't squeeze in! 25gauge 1 inch needle! Guess i have to go 23 gauge. Anyway pulled out, switched heads, sterilized and did a 23gauge needle in my cheeks. The ass shot i dont even feel but my leg hurts like a biatch... Weight this morning was 216lbs, dry and 6:30am. Just had a few eggs, yogurt, milk, 2 scoops protein. a couple toast...ahhhhh the life of a hardgainer |
