I am 37. I weight 180. I'v been lifting for 9+ years solid. I am about 13 % body fat.I am runing the sd 10/20/20 with creatine, glutimine, 1000 mg milk thistle 1200mg ryr 60mg CoQ10 and 3gm taurine if back pumps start.
My goal is to be 190 after pct . My pct is liquid nolva 60/30/15 with tribulus maybe rebound xt at the end near the second week of pct as well. Taper the nolva and ramp the xt .This is my 4th day and no weight gain yet but the strenght is up. last night I added 20 lb to leg press so 725 x 3 not bad for an old guy.I am eating like a horse a drinking water like one as well. I'LL be workin out tomorrow night can't wait |

I just finished my 3 week cycle of SD, 20/20/30 I am currently on PCT. Around day 15 is when I really noticed the weight diffrence, and a great increase in strenght. So be patient, cause you will be rewarded. Make sure you're protein intake is high. I did not have much problems with the back pumps until the 15th day, and even then it wasn't to bad.

No weight gain as of yet. I did back and bicept today. My strenth is still up I' m still adding more weight 5 here 10 their 20 their so thing are going well. I will be starting my 20 dose tomorrow, so things should really take off soon. I think my boy's have shrank a little. But no worries just put of the deal.my libido is real good too, no back pumps as of yet.

Today was tri's and traps real strong today. I went at it easy. I did 10's and 8's with all my lifts. Next week I'm going big on all lifts. Pumps are still great. I do have flu like symtems but no big deal. Once I get going at the the gym all is gone, Also I don't think two cups of coffe in the morning is not a good idea. I will only have one. It seems to be that I get real tweeky with two cups since I went to a twenty dose.

Wow what a night. I did chest and shoulders flat bench 255 x 1 new max. I did 255 decline 255 x 3. seated dumbell press 80 x 3. I am have slight twinges of pain on my left side where my ribs meet. May be indigestion.not really sure what it is.

I did back and bicepts today. i always start my back work out with dead lifts. I did 315 x 5 wow. The rest of the work out just got better. I am feeling a little anxietic from time to time.but really no big deal. day off tomorrow.

Today is my day off. I am going to up my calorie intake up to 3500 to 4000, because i have not gained any weight since the thee pounds. My protine intake is about 200 to 220 grams per day. I am at the half way point, and last night was nuts at the gym.My strenth was through the roof. So the gains should come in this last half. I almost feel guilty I am so strong in the gym right now

Tonight is the first night I have felt normal since I started this cycle. It is real tuff getting going in the morinig. I will have a weight update tomorrow.Day off tomorrow. Oh and and I did have some back pumps this morning no biggie,just felt like back was real pumped on and off.

I worked chest and shoulders. WOW I did 110 x 3 db flat press. 155 military press x 6. my strenth is getting better by the day and i feel great. If my eating is on I should have 5 more pounds by the end of the week.

i got on the scale last night and I lost the 5 pounds I put on. WTF I did not change anything. I up the cals and started to put on more I don't get it. I am now back to 180
