Default Starting SD Cycle Today

Ok so I started my SD cycle today. Everything looks good. Good work out this morning at 5:00am, And a good work out yesterday moring at 5:00am. Loading up on my cals somewhere between 3000-3500 with about 1.5g of protein per pound a day.

sunday monday off tuesday Wed. Thursday Off Fri. Sat.

What dosage are you going to run and how many weeks. I had great results when I did my sd cycle. I am just now finishing up on pct. I gained 20 pounds and I have not lost any yet.

first three days 10mg

then 20mg after that for 3 weeks.

then nolva for 4 weeks for pct.

Man I am eager too I cant wait to see how good my results will be.

Hey Traz quick question, in you're opinion, considering that I will be working out at 5:00am on my work out days, when would be the best time to take SD I took my first pill around 7:30am this morning, with a big breakfast, oatmeal, 3 hard boiled eggs, and a banana and some coffee, ( got to have my fix ).

Keep taking the one inthe morning at 7:30 and then one in the evening around the same time. Make sure to space out at least 8 hours apart. I think you are running a good cycle and should see some great results. I started on 10 for the first 4 days and then went to 20 the next week and then 30. No back pain or nothing, but I am a bad responder to stuff so 20 should be a plenty. if you can, leave the caffeine out of the diet. It doesn't help with muscle growth. It actually may hurt your growth, but if you need it keep it to a minimum.

What part of my post was wrong. I think that I told him to do everything the correct way. Just please tell me where I misinformed. You are supposed to space sd out for 8 hours and caffeine is not very good for muscle gains.

It looks like you have planned your cycle well. Keep us informed. I don't think that you are going to but do not go passed 30mg of SD/day. Also, I would take some supps to help with the cholesterol and the liver. The values will go up. Also watch your blood pressure as well.

Red Rice Yeast 2400mg Split
CoQ10 30mg A day
Flax Seed Oil 1000mg A day
Fish Oil 1000mg A day
Taurine 1000mg A day

Day 2
10mg SD
Yesterday was a good day did not experice any effects, but I figure it wont be till at least the 7th or 8th day.
I got to get use to eating like a bear. I was feeling like no more food, but keeped on eating. had an other huge breakfast today 3 raw eggs ( yes raw )
not to bad, some oatmeal, some bananas, and a protein shake. Drinking water like crap, kind of sucks cause the freakin bathroom is a good walk from my office. But oh well. Tommorow is 5:00am workout. Looking foward to it.

LEGS
leg extensions, 4 sets 10-20 reps
leg curls, 4 sets 10-15 reps
standing calf raises, 3 sets with barbell 15-20 reps
plate squats, 3 sets to failure
and some lunges
and mixing in some ab work, just to help with this dam gut. ahhhhhhhh it's fustrating. Evertything looks slimmer but that dam gut.

You will want to take more taurine than just 1g eventually....the lower back pumps you are going to get will tell you when to up the dose...

Also...30mg is alot of SD....I would stick to 20 when you up your dose...

That's what Iam going to do. I was just going to start with 10mg for the first three days, just to see how my body reacts to it. then it will be just the 20mg for the rest of the cycle. Ya i hear about the back pumps, it seem s that every post had something involving those dam back pumps, but thats cool, have to sacrafice sometimes to get what you want. What better excuse to have the give me a back massage!! he he he
Not much change in weight still the same 198, but it's only begun.!!!!

Right on man....I used to date a massage therapist ...I have heard of people taking like 5g or more for back pump relief if I remember correctly...Just wait man the gains will come and when they do you will know it!

I will try to post some pics soon. I have to go buy a new Dig. Camera my 3yr old decided it was a good idea to see if it floats But it was my fault for leaving it out for her to grab. But oh well kids will be kids!!!!

Day 3

Really good workout today. Felt extremly good
I dont think the SD has kicked in yet but for some reason cardio was a breeze. Even with the incline on 14.0 @6.0mph on the treadmill.

Leg workout was great

Angled Leg Squat 260 4 sets of 12 with ease

Leg extensions 150 4 sets of 15 with ease

Leg Curls 190 4 sets of 12 with ease

Sitting Calf Raises 80 4 sets of 15 with ease

Threw in some ab work, but by far it was a great workout.
No reportable sides yet, just a little discomfort in the back but not serious. The only thing I noticed was yesterday around noon I felt tired and sleepy so I closed the door to my office and snoozed for about 15min. After that I felt good. Diet is good. I am eating like a pig. The wife was like you are eating again!!!! Yup!!!! Today is the last day @ 10mg tommorow 20mg. tommorow is also back and shoulders workout. Will kept reporting my progress. I am not going to push it to hard just yet!!!!!

I always start taurine at 3g ed and work up from there if needed for the back pumps
