What dosage are you going to run and how many weeks. I had great results when I did my sd cycle. I am just now finishing up on pct. I gained 20 pounds and I have not lost any yet.

Keep taking the one inthe morning at 7:30 and then one in the evening around the same time. Make sure to space out at least 8 hours apart. I think you are running a good cycle and should see some great results. I started on 10 for the first 4 days and then went to 20 the next week and then 30. No back pain or nothing, but I am a bad responder to stuff so 20 should be a plenty. if you can, leave the caffeine out of the diet. It doesn't help with muscle growth. It actually may hurt your growth, but if you need it keep it to a minimum.

What part of my post was wrong. I think that I told him to do everything the correct way. Just please tell me where I misinformed. You are supposed to space sd out for 8 hours and caffeine is not very good for muscle gains.

Day 2
10mg SD Yesterday was a good day did not experice any effects, but I figure it wont be till at least the 7th or 8th day. I got to get use to eating like a bear. I was feeling like no more food, but keeped on eating. had an other huge breakfast today 3 raw eggs ( yes raw ) not to bad, some oatmeal, some bananas, and a protein shake. Drinking water like crap, kind of sucks cause the freakin bathroom is a good walk from my office. But oh well. Tommorow is 5:00am workout. Looking foward to it. LEGS leg extensions, 4 sets 10-20 reps leg curls, 4 sets 10-15 reps standing calf raises, 3 sets with barbell 15-20 reps plate squats, 3 sets to failure and some lunges and mixing in some ab work, just to help with this dam gut. ahhhhhhhh it's fustrating. Evertything looks slimmer but that dam gut. |

You will want to take more taurine than just 1g eventually....the lower back pumps you are going to get will tell you when to up the dose...
Also...30mg is alot of SD....I would stick to 20 when you up your dose...

Day 3
Really good workout today. Felt extremly good I dont think the SD has kicked in yet but for some reason cardio was a breeze. Even with the incline on 14.0 @6.0mph on the treadmill. Leg workout was great Angled Leg Squat 260 4 sets of 12 with ease Leg extensions 150 4 sets of 15 with ease Leg Curls 190 4 sets of 12 with ease Sitting Calf Raises 80 4 sets of 15 with ease Threw in some ab work, but by far it was a great workout. No reportable sides yet, just a little discomfort in the back but not serious. The only thing I noticed was yesterday around noon I felt tired and sleepy so I closed the door to my office and snoozed for about 15min. After that I felt good. Diet is good. I am eating like a pig. The wife was like you are eating again!!!! Yup!!!! Today is the last day @ 10mg tommorow 20mg. tommorow is also back and shoulders workout. Will kept reporting my progress. I am not going to push it to hard just yet!!!!! |
