Default SD/Sust/Tren/MDHT

I guess I might start my cycle a little early, and I have changed it up a little:

Starts Jan 16th

1-7 sust 900mg/wk
1-7 tren ace 225mg/wk
9-15 test prop 100mg eod
9-15 proviron 50mg ed
16-20 PCT (clomid, nolva, tribulus)

Goal: Recomp from 205 15% to 200 8%

you are going to run SD for 3 weeks at 20mg?

not going to get adventerous and do week three @ 30mgs???

looks like a solid plan!

maybe i should go with 30mg of sd to get the mass going? what does everybody think? I am starting this on monday the 16th! I edited the layout above, and I think this should be my most effective cycle yet...I hope I can eat enough, that is always my downfall....I can't be scared to gain alot this time....I cannot puss out! I will need your support in getting the food down, the training is perfect....my diet is clean, but i need to kick up the cals by maybe 25% or more...i will have my gf take some pics this weekend....

i am not sure how SD works, but if 30mg is better go for it, you will look huge at 220 man, your already pretty thick. nothing wrong with the occasional mcdonalds if your bulking!

yeah being that i am a good inch or 2 shorter than you..that would look pretty big....well 30mg is supposed to be like 150mg of anadrol and 20mg is supposed to be like 100mg of anadrol...as far as the appetite suppression is concerned....i am really looking forward to this cycle....

I would say 30mg, due to your cycle experience. But as well you know, make sure you have the Taurine and a banana tree on hand for those lower back Cramps. You will need to shove the food down on the 1-3 weeks, Superdrol is Gluttonous!

Quality before and after Pictures will be great.

only gonna do 20mg of superdrol...I shouldnt need more than that...starting on monday.....wish me luck brothas! I should have a before pic tomorrow....i dont have a digicam but my girl has a good cam on her new motorla razr....I can't wait to feel the rush of test/sd/tren baby! my 1st tren cycle, and its going to be insane!

I'd sub the sust for prop... but thats just me... since you are going to be doing the frequent tren ace pins... how often and what dosage are you doing the tren pins anyway?

m,w,f, injects of 300mg sust/100mg tren...i know that isnt ed or eod...but its how i am going to do it for this cycle....its not really that much tren so i shouldnt have any side effects....the sust i use is completely painless, compared to my prop!

Day 1:
Weight=203

All is well......

Diet:
300g protein
400g carbs
250g fats

7am: MRP
9:30am: 4-5 eggs, 2 cups oats
12:30: chicken breast, potato salad, salad, milk
3pm: pure protein 78g bar (30g protein/30g carbs)
5:30pm: turkey sandwich on wheat
PWO: 50g protein, 50gcarbs (give or take)
7:30pm: chicken breast, salad, milk
10pm: MRP

This is just an idea of what my current diet looks like, I will tweak it as I go....

Training:

Tues- Chest/Tris, 15min cardio
Thurs-Back,Traps, Abs, 15min cardio
Sat: Shoulders,Bis, 15min cardio
Sun: Legs, Abs, 15min cardio

15 minutes is less than a walk in a park. I dont think its much at all. If anything it will be good for his cardiovasular system and ease BP.
