maybe i should go with 30mg of sd to get the mass going? what does everybody think? I am starting this on monday the 16th! I edited the layout above, and I think this should be my most effective cycle yet...I hope I can eat enough, that is always my downfall....I can't be scared to gain alot this time....I cannot puss out! I will need your support in getting the food down, the training is perfect....my diet is clean, but i need to kick up the cals by maybe 25% or more...i will have my gf take some pics this weekend....

I would say 30mg, due to your cycle experience. But as well you know, make sure you have the Taurine and a banana tree on hand for those lower back Cramps. You will need to shove the food down on the 1-3 weeks, Superdrol is Gluttonous!

I should have a before pic tomorrow....i dont have a digicam but my girl has a good cam on her new motorla razr....I can't wait to feel the rush of test/sd/tren baby! my 1st tren cycle, and its going to be insane!

I'd sub the sust for prop... but thats just me... since you are going to be doing the frequent tren ace pins... how often and what dosage are you doing the tren pins anyway?

Day 1:
Weight=203 All is well...... Diet: 300g protein 400g carbs 250g fats 7am: MRP 9:30am: 4-5 eggs, 2 cups oats 12:30: chicken breast, potato salad, salad, milk 3pm: pure protein 78g bar (30g protein/30g carbs) 5:30pm: turkey sandwich on wheat PWO: 50g protein, 50gcarbs (give or take) 7:30pm: chicken breast, salad, milk 10pm: MRP This is just an idea of what my current diet looks like, I will tweak it as I go.... Training: Tues- Chest/Tris, 15min cardio Thurs-Back,Traps, Abs, 15min cardio Sat: Shoulders,Bis, 15min cardio Sun: Legs, Abs, 15min cardio
