Just want to say this out loud... I'm quite upset with myself this week. I've been using my impending cycle as a excuse to eat like shiet. Currently I'm carb loaded to say the least.... my weight early last week was about 270 currently this morning it's 280+. I have to vow to myself that once this cycle start's, I'll stick to the plan as if it were my sworn duty. What the hell is the point of it all, if I can't control my eating habits.
On a good note, I can really notice a difference carb loaded.. my muscles are much fuller, and I have alot better heavy ho in the gym.. which is a nice change of pace. But I have a job to do... so enough bullsheit, and get it done. -- Now that, that's out of the way.. Not to much to say, until I start. I'll be sure to keep you well informed as to the pgf injections, for those interested. -- Only thing that's not here right now that can affect the start of my cycle is the IGF... if it doesn't get here today, I probably won't get it till tuesday.. (monday being a civic holiday).. which means it will be sitting somewhere warm for 3 days longer then planned... although it's in a styrofoam insulated box with an ice pack.. and even at room temperature it is argued igf is fine for a year... I stilll worry somewhat.. and I'm also worrying that it may of been seized... (10 vials of igf isn't cheap). I'm sure it will arrive alive though.. just panicking a bit is all. -- Starting weight.. I'll take that after a week in... right now it's all fvcked up. peace.

24 hours later, my shots to both cheeks are largely completely painless.. A good thing.
--- Cardio today was fvcked up... I can't imagine the gear is having that much of an effect here this fast.. but my heart rate was a solid 10-12 beats faster then it normally should be giving my effort. I'm hoping alot of the bpm issues is a result of eating way to much macdonalds and crap the week leading into this cycle. --- Day 1, diet was perfect (i'll mention this alot in an effort to keep my focused.)
