Bicep day was uneventful... toying with 50 pounds standing db curls for 3 x 10 reps per arm.. 95 pounds preachers for 3 x 10 reps.... hammers 85 for 3 x 12, arnolds for 55 for 4 sets of 8, seated calve presses for 605 for 4 x 10
But I must say, I'm getting noticed alot this last week... Big Ivan, got me to help him spot a set of 95 pound db Bench press for 15 reps... then later when he saw me handling my 55 pound arnolds (I'll be moving up to 60), he complimented on me, saying that it was pretty impressive.. ( I guess shoulders isn't his strong suit). And went on to say your huge around the shoulder, and your arms are huge... (I wore a muscle shirt for a change). Actually alot of people are noticing my diminshing waist line, and surging weights.... It's sort of nice. I'm also getting looks from girls... that previously didn't look... lol Walking into the store after work to get quarters for laundry... a gal almost walked into me... It was amusing though.. her eye's went really big with like holy crap he's huge.. but it was immediately followed with a look of like.. Yummy, I want to eat him, with a smile... Of course i just kept on walking, cause seriously guys I'm in love... but I want to let you guys know that anything is possible... Just trying to spread a little inspiration. Yeep.. I do look good real good.... lol peace.

Chest today.. nothing spectacular.
My incline BB bench press is a bit disapointing but improving steadily. Hit 165 for 10 reps on the final set.. (weak huh?) Decline DB Bench press wasn't bad at 3 sets of 80 x 10, however I seem to have a better flat DB Bench then anything else, I'm just more stable I'm guessing. Did some Incline flyes More arnolds.... only 2 days after my last 4 sets... so it was a bit weak as usual on the second sunday. Did some abs, but I chopped the weight about 40 pounds and worked my way up from there.. Seems my slight ab/groin pull is mild at best. I should be fine in relatively short order. All in all, This sunday is a lighter chest day, then every other sunday... I'll be looking forward to next sunday... Might give 90 pound dbs a shot of flat. peace. p.s. no weight loss today.. whew.

We enjoy our time together thats for sure. --- On a more serious note, My legs are sore... I may develope a bit of a problems soon.. my now pretty loose (around the waist 40's) are still very snug around the legs... I might actually be in danger of not fitting into a smaller pair of pants soon... Okay, so it's not that bad yet, but after My tummy tuck I can see myself dropping 4-6 instant pants sizes... 32" would be IDeal... And their ain't no way my legs will fit in those. I think I'll pick up a new pair of pants this weekend.

Camel Toe alert.
I still have to wear size 40 pants 'cause of my legs. Sucks. Best I can prolly hope get to is a 36 in all honesty. I was in 32's when I was at 185. But my legs have grown since then, plus that only lasted for like two months. LOL. I had to sell all my new clothes. Got good money for them on ebay. Lookin good man. Nice tri's poking out. |

if I don't have my underwear up my arse.. i have a camel toe.. (sue me.
)-- Alright... tried something different at the gym today. took boydes advice and dropped some weights on back day, and concentrated on better form, and feeling the contraction.. most noteably, in front lat pull downs I pushed my shoulders back, and kept my back straight.. and sure enough my biceps didn't hurt like they normally did, and I think I definately felt the targeted muscle (lats especially) more then i have been. Even with the weight dropped off quite a bit, I still wasn't quite hitting my rep counts (off by oneish..) but that's just fine with me. I also really held my seated rows, and released slower then normal... drawing shoulder back, and attempting to touch elbows together(lol.. not even close, but Homie don't play that). I hope to feel some discomfort in the next 2 days... ( As mentioned earlier, I haven't felt crap from back day for a while now.) If this don't work, I'll consider some drop sets. -- Chest... Rapidly improving area of late.. and it shows.. I have more upper chest thickness then ever before.. and its starting to actually help raise my chest up.... Lookin better with a shirt on every day. I'm also still pretty good and sore... craving the next chest workout. -- starting ramping down t3 today... peace.
