Tricep day... another complete success... jumped up 5 pounds on BB overhead extensions, and realized it was too easy... so I jumped up another 5 pounds for a total of 120 pounds, and still managed 6 on my final set.... I continue to wish everything showed the kind of improvement my triceps seem to regularly show.
This also begs the question? If my strength continues to climb at this rate, should I cut calories more? Or should I play it cool? Don't know. I'm still down a notch on my belt, so I guess I'll just keep it cool, and see what happens in the next few weeks.

ha, well I treat my woman just fine, and I am far to modest to say that my monster of a c-ck is thick!!!. however I am now wondering who is Kirby, a secret conquest maybe poobs??? HAHAHHA!!( I will laugh even more if it turns out to be a man!!).
On a serious note if things continue the way they are , Like you said I would consider cutting the calories, but good job, looks like the GH is really taking a hold.

Breaking news!!!
Twice today I tighted my belt yet another notch.... That's 2 notches in less then a week... granted I don't think I'll be staying at this notch just yet (would get a bit tight sitting down all day)... but Hell if this ain't progress I don't know what is.. I haven't experienced my belt notch improvement like this since 60 pounds ago. I feel good... --- Also, I might be right crazy... but I think I may have a very large set of abs under my flab... and my obliques are really set apart from them... It looks like complete crap right now mind you.. and it may need surgery before it actually looks good... but damn it.. I'm changing. Back to feeling good... Whoo hoo!
