Leg day was a success... Much stronger then last week.. but lets face it, last week I was really soft from a week off. Hopefully I'll be making good progress from here on out.

However!!! My back is hurting, which made squats very uncomfortable.. but I managed to allow it not to affect me to much.

And worst yet, I think I have a pulled or slightly sprained right delt... Things like sinching up my belt, or reaching behind me hurt alot.. And it really screamed during leg presses, where i have to grip the handles and hold my ass down during the heave ho.

I'll see how it goes tomorrow with arnolds, I may have to lay off shoulders exercises for a short while... At this point, it's not serious.

---

I weighed in at a freaking crazy 294 pounds after my workout... It's fvcked up how quickly I put on weight when I start these things.... Fvcked up I tell you.

Every day that passes, makes me want to cut calories... but right now my waist line is holding.. so I wait.

4 bagels a day? damn! do u have problems with high cholesterol? red rice yeast is supposed to be the bomb. policosanol is also very good if you want to add it.

Actually my cholesterol is actually really good.. I am taking 4 caps of red rice yeast ED, to keep on top of it though.. I'm fine on that front.

And yes, the bagels are really great... dempsters 100% whole grain bagels. I really should be loosing fat at this calorie level(I was without AAS), but like I say, I may have to drop a half a bagel, and a bit of protein....

This weight gain is retarded... lol

10 straight perfect diet days.

14 straight perfect diet days under my belt, and starting week 3 of my cycle today. Almost half way to a earned cheat meal.

Should I make it, I'll keep the cheat meal to something half way healthy... steak and potatoes... we'll see.

---

Today, the t3 and mp portion of the cycle has started.

25mcg t3, and 2 + 2 caps of mp down the hatch.

---

My weight dialed in at 285 pounds this morning, a loss of 5 pounds from last week... but I seem to be all over the board where that is concerned. I've decided to drop the bagel that I added to my diet at the start of this cycle. That will put me right where I was naturally. (and successfully loosing weight)... I'm 100% confident, I will loose a safe and steady amount of fat at this level, while not harming existing muscle mass. Frankly I should of never added that one bagel.

---

Workouts are steadily improving, except shoulders... My right delt is still causing me problems... I skipped arnolds the other day, and yesterday I skipped INcline DB press, as they tend to hurt my shoulders. This morning I'm able to pull up my pants up without pain.. (yes pulling up my pants or underwear really hurt my delts... ) The point is I'm healing, and I'll ease back into arnolds later this week.

---

I think the gh combined with igf, is really aggrivating my general aches and pains(especially upon waking, but now persist through much of the day in both arms) that start at my shoulders and work thier way down my arm and into my forearms. My right and more muscular forearm imperticular, is more bothersome and exteremely tight... but it also seems to be picking up some size... but this may be the test talking.

---

Sex drive, has increased a few more notches.... If I can have sex 4-5 times a day, I will. Erection frequency has "risen" dramatically.

---

Nipple sensitivity is high.. painful for a split second now a again, if I touch them just right... but upon further touching the sensation goes away, and no lump is disernable... I'll keep an eye on it obviously.

Already 15 perfect diet days behind me... Not one cheat.

--

Last night was back day... good workout, but my forearms got so pumped, that by rep 6 on lat pulldowns (close and wide grip) I seriously couldn't hold the bar no more. Typically I can make it through. I had to resort to using hooks, other wise I just wouldn't of been able to get a decent workout. Normally I only use assistance on seated and bent over rows.

--

I feel I'm on the verge of steady and meaningful weight loss.

--

All injections are going smoothly... No noticible sides from 25mcg of t3, but didn't really expect any either.

peace.

16 perfect diet days behind me... how far can I go?

---

3rd day of MP/t3 dosing.... T3 is bumped up to 50mcg today, And as i type this I feel a t3 poopy stirring. (sorry, but its true).

Not noticeble sides really this early on, where mp or t3 is concerned... I did notice a bit of tightness yesterday in my hammies, and calves but that was probably do to my standing calf presses the other day.. ( I was shaking as I stumbled away... ).

No noticeable increase in heat either, infact I bested cardio distance and calories burned last night, and my bpm is definately back to where I like it.

It's still early though, and I'm sure it takes about a week for sides to become apparent.

---

My current Diet.

Triceps abs and cardio last night.

---

Triceps are still improving more steadier then anything else... Its got me to thinking, that perhaps a split where I workout muscle groups twice a week may be more beneficial for me? Seeing as I basically hit triceps twice a week... once hard on tricep day.. and a second time fairly well on chest day (dips, and lots of presses). I'm not ready to change anything yet, but it makes me ask the question yo..

Anyway, I nailed standing BB overhead extension 3 sets of 8 @ 110 pounds. What impressed me most was how much control I had over the weight... very good feeling.

Now get this, my brother is going 65 pounds and struggling... however when it comes to lying skullcrusher, were almost even? I'm using 75 pounds for 10 reps and he's on 70 pounds for 10 reps. How the hell does that work? With tricep pushdowns.. I just missed 3 sets of 10 @ 100 pounds, and he's struggling with poor form for 3 sets of 60 pounds.... Anyway my skullcrushers suck ass.. or his are great...

bah....

Cardio went extremely well last night... bested distance and calories burned.

peace

17 straight days of perfect diet and counting.... I have to say its been real nice to have my determination back like this. Leading up to cycle, I seem to find every excuse in the book to eat poorly... Now I only wish it pays off... (it's gotta right?). lol

--

Yesterday was my only complete off day.. and as usual I was busy catching up on other things. And didn't finish up till midnight, so Another 5ish hours of sleep. Just not enough, I wish I had a job with better hours... but I don't so tough shiet.

--

I'm taking monday and tuesday off, and heading to my buddies camp for a few days of ATV'ing, and general relaxing..

I'm thinking I might super set chest and back on Sunday... and wednesday, my normal off day will be tricep day.. that way I don't miss anything. I've never super-setted anything before so I don't know what to expect though...

--

Peace

Thanks ya'll.

18 days straight... and still kicking

--

Legs are feeling worn out today... Thursday night I did something a bit different... I did my warm up set of squats ass to grass (hammies to calves)... Didn't do a whole lot of weight just 135 pounds, but it was just a warm up and a good stretch. From there I slid the box in thier and I continue to work hard on good form and getting my ass all the way down to the box, which I did successfully at 265 pounds @ 12 reps... Attempted 285 but only managed 6 reps... Weight might not seem to impressive, but I'm going low and that's what counts. From here I'm going to continue to warm up ass to grass, and I'll try to bump the weight as quickly as I can, see where I end up. There is a hard point for me where I hang up going from sub 90 degrees to Positive 90 degrees.. Down very low is np, and up from 90 is no problem.... but in between somewhere the torque is hard to find.

--

Shots to the quads last night went very smooth though, much different then last time around.. (last time they were uber sensitive to the needle.)

--

peace

It's Saturday Midnight... For whatever reason I decided to take a pic. Pardon the bed head and goofy expression. Plus flashes suck.

I'd perfer to take a pic after a strong workout, but this will have to do. I'm definately getting leaner though... Although my weight don't show it..

---

Went in for cardio this morning and decided to do back day today, instead of super setting with chest sunday.

peace.

Finally... my shoulders weren't hurting today, and I felt good. It's odd, yesterday morning, I could still barely pull up my underwear without alot of pain in my right frontish delt area. My first (warm up) set of seated rows yesterday hurt like hell, The first heavy set hurt too... Then I tried the full stack, and the pain all but dissappeared... I went back down for my final set, and again absolutely no pain... and haven't felt a thing since then. Pulled up my shorts this morning discomfort free.

So what the heck does that mean... I don't know.

What it did mean today, was I had a pain free chest workout, and pushed well beyond what I've been doing... Super huge improvement in decline DB presses... jumping up and ending doing 13 reps... SO obviously I should of jumped up 10 pounds... I was coming right down to my chest too... no cheapies here.

---

I'm at 75mcg of t3... and will probably stay there for 1 more week.. before jumping up to 100mcg

No sides from anything really.. but that's fairly typical for me..

Peace
