That is some scary stuff! I was surprised to hear that the Xray table couldn't hold your weight...I work at a hospital (not a large one either) and our tables hold 750-1000lbs...You really need some abdominal ultrasounds to check for ulcers...A liver function screen wouldn't hurt either...Best wishes bro! I know you can get through this.

Ok Poobah here we go:
Spoke with the wife, this is what she came up with, as being a possibility, First of all have you introduced any new foods to you're body, cause if so It might be a paticular ingredient or spice that you might be having an allergic reaction to. Some of the symptoms involved are: 1. Vomiting 2. Diarrhea 3. Abdominal Pain. Second Posibility: Acute Appendicitis: Symptoms involved: Nausea, Inability to pass gass, abdominal pain on breathing, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain & sensitivity, ab pain near the navel, or pain when sneezing or any kind of activity i.e while lifting weights, coughing, and abdominal swelling. Just some input from my Wife. Bump on the X-Ray have to have that done Bro, she said find a way or place that can do it as soon as possible. Acute Appendicitis are constantly mis diagnosed, according to her. Hope this helps bro. You'll be in our prayers, Best Wishes |

ug... don't sound like that though.. i have no trouble farting at all.. ask sweetthing. lol
No real pains in my gut... just a quesy ness sometimes.. or a very mild pain around my navel.. but nothing I never noticed till you mentioned something... no pain at all when I'm lifting though... no bumps or hernia's either.. except sometimes right up by rib cage.. but I haven't hurt that in a long time, and when I do it's usually from a caugh or a sneeze that practically takes my head off.

There is a quick way to test for Appendicitis my dad (An anesthesia nurse) taught me: Stand up on your tip-toes and then plop all of your weight down on to your heels...If it is your Appendix you will know it because it will hurt like a SOB. Somehow it causes the Appendix to jiggle and if it is inflamed it will let you know. If it doesn't hurt then it is probably something else. His problems don't really sound like Appendicitis to me anyway...

Just concentrating on the actual lifting and training now.. moved everything over to the regular journal section. Also keep logs else where that have feed back from my actual trainer... let me know if your interested in knowing where.
